Very clean apartment and a perfect location to explore Argostoli. Fantastic view from the balcony where we enjoyed watching the sun rise each morning. Lovely restaurants within walking distance nearby and you are able to swim in the sea right in front of the apartment. We arrived late at night and had been left water, food, wine etc. We had a fantastic stay and felt very welcome. Thank you!!

Sofia’s apartment was extremely spacious, clean, great layout and had the most beautiful sea views! Great location close to shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Across the road from a taxi rank and the ferry to Lixouri. Sofia herself was super friendly, we had a problem with the bed frame in the main bedroom breaking and Sofia had a new bed delivered within a couple of hours. Super stay!

This was the most beautiful place that we could ever have hoped to have spent our honeymoon. The setting and studio are stunning and with easy reach of everything that we needed. The pool area was wonderful place to spend time with it's - out of this world view! Anna arranged our taxi transfers to and from the port so we had no worries on getting to her studio and greeted us on arrival. Everything and more had been thought of for our stay and we were welcomed with an array of provisions to get us started. We loved the ingredients that were either made by Anna or family and used them in preparing salads.We have never stayed somewhere that has been so well equipped, immaculate and the thoughtful extra touches. Anna was so helpful and knowledgable and gave us a huge amount of information, what to visit, how to book with local boat companies and local restaurants etc. We felt very lucky to have found this gem of a place and will return to stay and see the lovely Anna and her husband.

Perfect location, love the private elevator entrance with code! Amazing light throughout the property, hot tub was magnificent with the view of the bay! Perfect pressure water (i find top floors can have issues with it) and AC worked well! Great communication and very helpful host! Clean and comfortable, could not ask for anything better!

We had a wonderful 10day stay at the apartment - it was fantastic being in easy walking distance to everything and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The kitchen is really well set up so its great to cook in if you want but equally there are lots of good local restaurants to check out. I stayed with my 2 teenage children and it was perfect - enough space for all of us to be together but also independent. My daily walk to the nearby cove for a morning swim was bliss. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Stella di Mare, the hosts are very welcoming and warm. It has a unique location with everything you could expect from a vacation housing. The only downside is that the road to get to the building is narrow and steep. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Great communications with clear arrangements for meeting us on arrival, after the journey from the airport. Good local restaurants and a supermarket/ bakery 5 minutes walk. Also 5 minutes walk from the underground lakes. 1.5km from Sami on foot - you can stroll there and back for a huge choice of bars, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was great. Welcome wine, juice and water in the fridge and 4 coffee pods with UHT creams. Butter and jam portions also in the fridge. Decent parking around the apartment as well. I would highly recommend. Great for two - we had our son on the sofa bed, so can accommodate 4. If you see Piggy the Dog, say hello. He had the uncanny ability to walk us to the nearest restaurant where he then enjoyed the leftovers.

Angela’s place was incredible - probably one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in! The location was ideal, the house was fantastic, the pool and outdoor area were so relaxing. A great place to come back to after a busy day exploring or out at one of the nearby beaches! The walk into Lassi or Argostoli is easy, and there are a few really nice beaches nearby in walking distance. Angela gave some great recommendations and was always responsive to any questions we had! We’d definitely stay here again, thanks Angela!

We had an amazing stay at Akis & Eleni's property. It was presented exactly as it was in the pictures and perfect for our family vacation. It's a private property, so very peaceful, with an amazing pool, outside area and sun loungers. Just a very short walk out the back of the garden and you are on a lovely (very unique) beach. There is a great beach bar if you turn left, and a short walk around (through the water) some rocky outcrops (or via some steps to avoid the water), a larger selection of beachside bars and restaurants, and water activities. You'll need a car for the supermarket and exploring the rest of the island, but it was the perfect bolthole for us for a week. Akis & Eleni were excellent hosts, and very easy to contact to provide you with the peace of mind you need on a family trip. Would highly recommend this to one family or two!

Christina is an awesome host ! - really can’t wait to stay there again. Very friendly welcome and departure, very comfortable house with all necessary amenities. Nice level walk along the moorings to the town centre and all the fabulous restaurants!

What a beautiful place to call home for a week! Everything looked just like the photos and it's always really helpful to have as many photos as this listing does. Breakfasts in the sunshine on the balcony were a highlight of the trip! We enjoyed the local food and drinks left for us, it was a lovely gesture. The house was spotlessly clean and we found the beds very comfortable. We appreciated the emails before we travelled with local suggestions and useful house information so that we could find everything we might need. The town is lovely with more open in early October than we had anticipated so we thoroughly enjoyed all of the loacel restaurants and amenities without it being crowded. We found it to be a great location to visit the rest of the island and we always parked outside the house. I highly recommend this home!!

Villa Madelaine is the perfect place to enjoy the lovely Cephalonian countryside. It is convenient for the airport, Argostoli and a selection of beaches. The villa is well equipped with beautiful views of the sea and Zakinthos in the distance. Anna was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this villa.

Just back from a fantastic week at villa dionysos in the beautiful Spartia. What an amazing place to base yourself to explore Kefalonia. You really need a car here, think we might have struggled without. The pool was stunning with a view out to the sea and we loved watching the super yachts moored there.

Our hosts were wonderful and so helpful. They booked our taxi for us who met us at the airport and knew exactly where to go. Galini and Dimitris met us at the apartment and showed us around when we arrived. The location and view is amazing. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The apartment is simple and comfortable for a short stay. They also have a daily cleaning service We would come back and stay longer.

This place was simply perfect and the setting has a beautiful view over the sea and town from the balcony. There are a few little steps but you need that to get the view. We were welcomed in person on arrival . The spec is very high, extremely well equipped and provided for in terms of towels, bedding, toiletries, household supplies, welcome treats and even slippers and bathrobes. We were kindly provided beach towels too. Greece comes with cats so be prepared to see them around coming to say hello. Communication from the host and co host throughout was very quick and helpful. The apartment was beautifully clean and well provided for and nothing was too much trouble. On a location note, buses are rare and if you want to explore, hire a decent car as there are plenty of idyllic beaches to explore along with very windy roads otherwise there are a few tiny pebble beaches in Agia that you can walk to. Restaurants are plenty and all very good. An amazing find on this beautiful island.

We stayed for a week at Kostas's place with two children under 4. Kostas's place was perfect for us. Everything we needed was provided for including toys for the beach! Kostas is a great host providing incredible local knowledge - everywhere we went and ate was recommended by him and all were very good. The house is extremely comfortable with all amenities in good condition and all your needs catered for. There is a small beach just outside the house which was quite private and suitable for small children to play. We would recommend a stay at Kostas's place without hesitation

This was the perfect location to explore the island of Kefalonia from. The accommodations were spacious, clean and both decks had fabulous views of the sea. It is located in a quite location with comfortable beds and it was stocked with all the necessities we required. The host was easy to communicate with and very punctual in filling any requests. Mrs. Sophia was lovely and kept the unit very clean for us.

Perfect Location . The view from our balcony was stunning! The room was clean. Housekeeping checked in daily. We would love to come back once again.

The spacious ground floor apartment is an amazing place for a vacation. The apartment is very modern, feels very new, spotlessly clean, with a lot of love that has gone into making this apartment a home from home. 1 minute walk to the sea, 2 minutes walk to some amazing restaurants by the sea. The apartment had everything you would need for a truly amazing vacation. 5 stars plus! Hoping to return next year!

Marianne's place was utterly delightful, a calm, peaceful oasis whilst not being isolated. The apartment was clean, tidy and had all of the amenities we needed. It is located in a block of serviced apartments but it doesn't feel overlooked or crowded. The beach opposite has a narrow shingle beach and has crystal clear, calm water and it was lovely to spend some time there. It is also not far from Antisamos beach and we also went to Myrtos beach a couple of times. We ate out in Sami, where there are lots of restaurants along the waters edge and is around a 5 minute drive but I believe you can also walk along the beach to get there. Litsa gave us loads of helpful advice & tips on where to visit and places to eat. Kefalonia is a stunning island and we would absolutely love to stay there again.

Athena’s apartment was wonderful, spacious, comfortable and a stone’s throw from the beach with many options for food and drink nearby. The area was peaceful and safe and was a perfect base for exploring the island. I’d like to make a special mention for the wonderful Yianna the property manager who was super helpful, responsive and went out of her way to make sure I felt at home. I’d thoroughly recommend staying here. I’ll be back!
