We recently stayed at Villa Theano for three days and had a fantastic experience. The property is brand new, and we were impressed by its modern amenities and stylish design. The outdoor spaces are spacious and well-maintained, with a great swimming pool that offered stunning views of the sea. The host was incredibly kind and went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. They were attentive to our needs and provided helpful recommendations for exploring the area. Overall, Villa Theano exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Sami We hope to return in the future!

Had a lovely stay, highly recommended. Every detail has been thought of inc external mosquito window nets so you can open the windows without getting bitten and lots of nice small touches such as fresh bread, water and fruit upon check in. It’s a very clean, tidy villa in a quiet part of the village/town. It’s ideal if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful holiday. It’s only a short 5-10 min walk to the local restaurants and shops.

We had a fabulous week at Villa Kanali. The villa is in a great location in Lourdata, in-between two lovely beaches. We loved the beach going towards kanali in particular with beautiful spots for relaxing and glorious turquoise waters for swimming. The villa has fantastic outside space with the pool a real bonus. Having en suite bathrooms for each bedroom was ideal, giving everyone space and privacy, which was great for 2 adults and two 17 year old girls. The location of the villa gives great views of the main beach, whilst feeling very private. We loved Lithero taverna which is next door to the villa, where we ate 3 nights out of the 7. The villa was spotless, and had everything we needed to eat in as well. The hosts were very responsive with clear instructions. Anamaria responded very promptly to queries we had, working with a brilliant local team who were quick to help when needed. Thank you for being great hosts and for the stay in your wonderful villa!

Our stay at Myrtia Villa, was nothing short of exceptional—a true haven that offered us the perfect escape from the busyness of life. Set amidst the serene surroundings of Divarata, the villa is an ideal sanctuary for anyone looking for tranquility, natural beauty and modern style and with easy access to so many beautiful places on the island. The villa truly stole our hearts. It’s impeccably designed and maintained, blending modern comfort with rustic elegance. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the warmest of hosts — thank you so much Anna and Spiros - your genuine hospitality and kindness made us feel at home. The villa is immaculately clean, thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need—from a well stocked kitchen to plush linens and those little extra touches that show true care. We especially loved the outdoor space—a peaceful terrace perfect for morning coffees, leisurely afternoons, and quiet sunsets. Can’t wait to return. 10/10. Superb !

Wow! This villa is beautiful and perfect for our family of 8. Ben and Claire couldn't help us enough and responded to us quickly if needed. We were lucky enough to stay for 10 days, half of which were spent chilling at the villa, playing in the pool and using the amazing facilities . Although a rental car is helpful getting around the island, there is a lot of lovely restaurants, bars and beaches a short drive away. We explored around the island, including Fiskardo and Antisamos, which are breathtaking. Thank you for having us, we'd be back in1 a heart beat!

Fantastic location, easy to find, 20 minutes from the airport, 6 mins from Argostoli. Beaches all around and within walking distance. Amazing host and very welcoming. This villa is perfect for any getaway.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was perfect for relaxing. It was clean and cozy. Panagis was super helpful and very friendly. Would recommend if you’re going to Kefalonia.

We stayed at the Cerulean villa in Mousata for two weeks in September. This apartment with a kitchen/lounge/ diner is in a beautiful peaceful setting. It has two bedrooms ( one double bed and two single beds) and one well appointed shower room. The apartment is private in a walled setting and has a small terrace garden with a fantastic view over the sea. There is a bakery a short walk up a ( very steep) hill and a supermarket a short walk down. There are a few very nice tavernas in easy reach and a small beach area at the bottom of the hill. It’s a very quiet village and we knew this when we went - we love it and will be back again another year.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa is set in beautiful gardens with flowers and citrus trees and an incredible view to the sea and surrounding coastline. Beautifully designed villa inside and out. We were well looked after by Haris and his housekeeping team. Restaurants and beach practically on our doorstep although I’d recommend a hire car to see more of this incredible island. Thank you, Haris for an unforgettable and truly relaxing holiday.

We had a fantastic couple of weeks staying at Villa Sunflower. The villa itself was perfect for our family of four. It was well equipped and spotlessly clean. It's in a stunning location with gorgeous views over the Argostoli bay, which can be enjoyed from any of the three balconies. The pool was brilliant, our children loved playing in there at least once every day. There were inflatables, balls, games etc. that made their pool time even more fun. There's plenty of comfortable sunlounges to relax on around the pool if that's what you prefer! On arrival Vicky and Kelvin were there to meet us. They had left us water in the fridge along with various other goodies. We really couldn't ask for more from our hosts. They were happy to answer any questions or offer advice on where to park in Argostoli to where they'd recommend to eat out. Overall it was an amazing holiday and if we return to Kefalonia we will be sure to come back to Villa Sunflower.

5 stars – A Truly Exceptional Stay! We had the most incredible time at this beautiful, brand-new villa. The location is absolutely perfect—peaceful, private, and not overlooked, with stunning views of both the sea and the mountains. It truly felt like a little slice of paradise. Vicky and Matt were outstanding hosts—warm, friendly, and attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. The villa itself is equipped with everything you could possibly need: all the modern conveniences, a fully stocked kitchen with essentials (plus tea, coffee, sugar, and even wine!), a washer, iron, hairdryer, pool and shower towels, shampoo, and more. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The saltwater pool was a dream—so refreshing and pleasant to swim in. There’s also a large umbrella for shade, a barbecue area, and a lovely garden space to relax in during the evenings. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into making the outdoor space as beautiful too .

our group of 9 didn’t want to leave this gorgeous villa. we would absolutely re-book! Zoi’s villa is peaceful and comfortable, convenient and appointed with many luxuries. the pool was the perfect temp for summer weather, our kids played all the games provided (chess, etc). we saw wild horses! the villa is a 3 minute drive or 15-20 minute walk to the Katelios beachfront row of eateries & shops. nightlife is fun & lively. the villa is also surrounded by lush landscape—grape vines, fig trees, pine trees, olive trees, and you can see the Ionian Sea from the villa. Zoi and Nektaria went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. responsiveness rate of 300%. communication was easy, *when* we needed to contact our host, but Zoi anticipated and prepared the house for every guest to have what they needed. we felt as if we were treated as family. Zoi & Nektaria were totally invested in our experience, to make it the best it could be. everything was beautiful.

We had an amazing stay here! The house is beautiful and the whole outdoor area with the pool and covered BBQ/kitchen area is amazing! We spent most of our time outside enjoying the beautiful sea view and playing in the pool. The pool was perfect for the kids and a great size for all 7 of us to enjoy at the same time. There are several outdoor seating areas so we could have our space when needed. Rachel is an amazing host!! She greeted us at arrival and gave us a tour of the beautiful home and made us feel welcome right away. She offered extra time in her day once we got settled to come and show us on a map where everything is and give us recommendations. We had complete privacy at the house and Rachel was just a call away if we needed anything, like a birthday cake or a restaurant reservation to celebrate! Highly recommend staying here!

This was a beautiful and luxurious villa in a peaceful location with a breathtaking view. Everything made our vacation feel so special. I cannot fault the pool, the outdoor areas, or the villa itself- it was all excellent. The weather was up and down when we visited but due to our lovely villa, we was still able to relax and have those amazing views from inside. Michel was a friendly host and he was very easy to contact and happy to help with anything you may need. Mr Takis was very friendly and could not do enough for you. I highly recommend this villa, and we will definitely come back.

We stayed 2 weeks at Evita’s and felt right at home. As a family of four it is not always easy to feel so comfortable in someone else’s place, especially with toddlers, yet Evita had really thought about everything. The house is big and beautiful. Both the indoor and outdoor space are really enjoyable. We spent so much time playing in the swimming pool which is gigantic. Evita was extremely helpful and gave us fantastic recommendations for beaches and other things to do in Kefalonia. It really helped us make the most of our holiday from day 1. I highly recommend staying at Evita’s if you’re looking to spend some quality time with your loved ones :)

Nektaria was great right from the start of a very last minute booking, she accommodated my family and I at a few days notice and also allowed us to check in early, the villa itself is immaculate both inside and out, the views are just amazing and take your breath away, I would rate this villa as the best I’ve ever stayed in.

Fab location if you like a room with a view! Fabulous to sit in the terrace in the evening & watch the gorgeous sunsets. Pool area lovely & very quiet. We were mostly the only ones using it so we felt a bit like we were in a private villa. Very clean & tidy with housekeeping every other day & housekeeper available every day if you needed anything Very close to the airport for transfer. Close to lassi down one hill & argostoli down the other side. Bit of a walk back up hill when hot. Probably wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues. One thing that would have made our stay even better would be mattresses in the sun beds & some sun beds on the large balcony & some recliner chairs on the small one. But overall a fabulous place with everything you need provided.

an amazing place to stay has everything and is central to the island so you can visit every part of the island easily and the owners are amazing definitely go there again ps the pool is salt water which I love

The villa was wonderful with everything we could have wanted. We checked in really late after a late flight and was super easy to figure out. The pool is outstanding and one of the most peaceful stays we've had. The local area is beautiful (if a little hilly!). We walked to Spartia for drinks and dinner, as well as cooking in the villa. All in all a wonderful week and we'd highly recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing break but still being close to civilisation.

It's not often I'll say a place is perfect in every way!!! The villa is so beautiful and the view is to die for...it really is breathtaking. I loved everything about the villa: the pool is heavenly; the place is so well cared for - the kitchen is immaculate, the bedrooms have the most stunning views and balconies - the house is pristine. We will definitely be booking to go back again - I cannot recommend it highly enough. I wish there were a few cafes or shops within walking distance , but sadly not, so you definitely need a car, but once you venture out it really isn't far to find a coffee shop (Averto) or a lovely taverna. It is magical!

A stunning little villa with breathtaking views! A perfect place for couples who want to get away from the city life and relax but still a short drive away from the centre of Lixouri. Had a wonderful time and can’t wait to visit again soon!!
