Nefeli is a brand new 47 sqm apartment (finished on April 2020) with spectacular view of Argostoli gulf and the whole area. The 35 sqm veranda with the magnificent view is unforgatable. In the capital of the island with all the city's choices available for you on walking range, but also away enough from the crowded city center with the traffic jam. Plenty of parking space in the area even on high season and easy access to ring road to avoid city traffic when going to the beach or an excursion.

Our very recently renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of our detached house in Argostoli,in a quiet area ,only 500 m away from the main square. It is 25 m2, has a small separate kitchen room with all the amentities bathroom with a big shower, washing machine,smart tv and fantastic sea and town views. The views are provided both inside the bedroom with a very large window ,but also from our private shaded veranda.Free parking is available on the quiet public road

Modern, comfortable, first-floor apartment in the heart of the city, opposite of the Metropolis church and just above the pedestrian zone of Lithostroto with its cafeterias and shops. Very close to pharmacies, supermarkets and greengrocer's shops. Less than a 5-minute walk away from the central square, the Devosetos bridge and the wonderful beach-side street full of palm trees. Just a 5-minute drive from the famous beaches of Makrys and Platys Gyalos.
