On Vergotis Avenue above the main pedestrian street. It has a bedroom with a double bed & a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a washing machine. Supermarket, bakeries, shops & everything else the city center has to offer can be found in less than 1 minute on foot. Across the street there is a small café for your coffee as well as something for breakfast. There is a mini market for basic necessities at the same location. The central square & nightclubs are within walking distance of the apartment.

Nefeli is a brand new 47 sqm apartment (finished on April 2020) with spectacular view of Argostoli gulf and the whole area. The 35 sqm veranda with the magnificent view is unforgatable. In the capital of the island with all the city's choices available for you on walking range, but also away enough from the crowded city center with the traffic jam. Plenty of parking space in the area even on high season and easy access to ring road to avoid city traffic when going to the beach or an excursion.

It is 25 m2, has a small separate kitchen room with all the amentities bathroom with a big shower, washing machine,smart tv and fantastic sea and town views. The views are provided both inside the bedroom with a very large window ,but also from our private shaded veranda.Free parking is available on the quiet public road
