What a wonderful location and serene space! Francesca and Dimitri were such lovely hosts with such a passion for helping their guests to get the best experience of Kefalonia. The accommodation was simple, spotless and very comfy. The views are just beautiful. As attentive as the hosts was the fabulous housekeeper Panayote who made us coffee every morning and kept our space pristine and homely. Can't forget to memtion the gorgeous Ginny the dog who was just a joy! We had a truly unforgettable time and are already planning to return next year.

We had a great stay in Argostoli. The location can’t be beat. Walking distance to everything in town. There are a ton of restaurants and shops within minutes. Check in was smooth and easy and the apartment was very clean.

Mirka is so kind, always with a smile on her face! Her apartment is just like we see on the site, with everything we need to feel like we were at home. House cleaning and change of sheets and towels every other day - that’s a plus!!! A walk distance to restaurants and market. Central localization in the island, easy to go everywhere!! We thoroughly recommend this accomodation! We will surely be back many more times!!! Thanks Mirka!!!

We had a wonderful stay hosted by a friendly and very helpful family. Our apartment was clean and serviced through our stay. There was always someone if we had a query or request. The hike up to the house wasn’t always fun in the heat but the view from the room, the swimming pool and the lovely host family made it completely worth it! We will be back : )

Great location, away from the noise, to the port and the bus stop to the airport 10 minutes, there is a place for swimming nearby. The apartment is clean, comfortable beds, clean linen,the kitchen has a minimum necessary for cooking. Hosts are available to help with tips. The price matches the quality. Recommended.

Great stay!.Clean space with helpful host. In a very good spot on the island to be able to go all around. Very close to the beautiful beach of Myrtos and the top attraction Cave of Melissani, and many beautiful locations of the area we highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic 10 day stay. The apartment is spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed: great view, great shower, comfy beds and an excellent location for buses, bars and eats, whilst being quiet and peaceful. A HUGE plus was Logos pool bar being a very short walk away; like having your own pool! No charge to use ( apart from buying a drink) and no loud music or crowds- a total gem! plus a change of towels and sheets every few days was really appreciated

A lovely apartment overlooking the main street and the beach. Lots of little touches made the space feel more comfortable than most short stay apartments such as multiple adapters on power points, coffee machine with pods, some welcome drinks in the refrigerator and a mini library. Henriette made us very welcome and could not do enough for us. We were there at the end of the season but still a few restaurants, cafes and shops open within a few steps from the home. A particularly good bakery is just around the corner. You couldn't ask for a nicer place from which to explore Poros and surrounds.

Amazing little stone cottage with all the creature comforts you’ll need. A fantastic place to get away from it all and just sit back and soak in the incredible views (second to none) and the quiet ambiance. Nice comfortable bed and a great shower with good pressure and hot water were trumps! It was so nice and relaxing that I ended up extending my stay! Close to some of the nicest beaches in Europe and a 15min journey by car to Lixouri where you can shop, dine or also catch the ferry to Argostoli (20min trip). You couldn’t find a nicer hostess who was always available and spoiled me with some amazing local cuisine. This is now my go-to Utopia and I’m already planning ahead to return for next year! You won’t be disappointed!

Incredible stay and Stefanos was an incredible host. We will miss Ricky and Rickshaw (the dog and cat), the beautiful views, the hammock, and the delicious homemade olive oil. We hope to visit again!

Beautiful house, stunning view, spotlessly clean and charming host. We arrived out of season and she worried we wouldn’t find a restaurant open easily. When we got there we were greeted with an enormous tray of homemade pastitsio which was incredible. A fabulous stay. Thank you so much

As a family of four, we loved our stay in this beautiful house. As soon as walked in we felt right at home. The verandah area is lovely, the beds are comfortable, the decor is tasteful and beautiful and the house is so welcoming we didn’t want to leave. Everything worked perfectly and was in excellent condition. It has everything anyone could possibly need in a very convenient location. One of our favourites!

Everything about Cottage by the Sea is special, from Kia (the owner) to the location, the surroundings, the house, neighbours - EVERYTHING! The house is perfect. Beautifully decorated, lacking nothing. The aircons were a saving grace! The beach is on your doorstep. And Atheras beach is simply stunning, hugged between two hills and the landmark rocky island in the middle of the entrance to the bay. We had 4 blissful weeks in Kia's house as a family of 5. The sea, sun and peace did wonders for our wellbeing. Really enjoyed the lemons and grapes from the garden. Oh, and the goats! Ethos, Pathos and Logos visited almost everyday (destroying Kia's beautiful Delicious Monsters, no less) but they were a special feature and lingers in our memories. A special mention to Makis, who took us out on his fishing boat for a day to other beaches close by. Kia is a warm, efficient host, non-intrusive and yet anticipating every need of her guests. Highly recommend!! We'll come again.

The house was clean with a great view! Its location was excellent as it is located on the quieter side of the bay, with all the necessary shops at a distance of 2 min!

We loved our week at Emmanouella's. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures. The fruit trees and small garden delighted us. The view was beautiful and our baby loved playing with the many toys on site. The kitchen is very well-equipped. We spent two months in Greece and it's really one of our favorite houses. We felt at home there.

We had a wonderful stay at Αγγελική's place in Sami! The accommodation was small but cozy and very clean, perfect for our needs. Sami is a lovely town with a good selection of restaurants and cafes. Αγγελική was a very attentive and friendly host, always ready to help. We highly recommend staying here!

great view, beautiful garden with BBQ, private parking, air-conditioning in all rooms (though we never used them cause it always had a nice breeze). Dionysis was a great host and the place overlooks the bay, and it's 5mins from Argostoli town.

We had a lovely stay at Manolis's house. It is within walking distance of everything that Sami has to offer and close to many of the local beaches. Highly recommend for both short and long stays in Keflonia.

Absolutely faultless experience ! We've been very lucky with the hosts that we have met and Stavros was one of the best. Supremely communicative in advance, and extremely very warm and friendly on arrival. The apartment is perfect, and exactly as described, if not better. Stavros was kind enough to recommend some great local restaurants and even offered to take us to the local supermarket before our car arrived for which we were very grateful. Stavros's welcome combined with the beautiful apartment and lovely pool made us wish we could have stayed longer and if we get the chance we will come back. If it was possible to give more that five stars we would - thanks Stavros !

Absolutely perfect stay in the heart of Lixouri! This house exceeded all expectations — immaculately clean, beautifully decorated with a stylish and modern touch, and incredibly convenient for everything you could need. It’s ideally located for exploring all the stunning nearby beaches, yet peaceful and quiet at night. What made it even more special was the thoughtful attention to families: the house was wonderfully equipped for a little toddler, with a comfy crib, toys, and little touches that made us feel completely at home. It’s clear the hosts truly care and go the extra mile. Highly recommended for anyone, including families — you’ll feel relaxed, welcomed, and truly taken care of in this lovely home.
