This cozy cottage has beautiful fees of the lake! We loved the sunroom and all beds were comfy. Loved the well stocked kitchen where I was able to make some favorites for my Grandsons. Highly recommend!

Jonathan was a great host (very responsive) and his place was perfect for a long term stay. Parking with garage door opener for your car, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of bed space were highlights. Highly recommend for a long weekend or if you have an extended stay in the area for ADM or any of the area employers. Close to shopping, restaurants, etc.

My stay here was great and it was just what I needed during my work contract. It’s in a quiet neighborhood which gave me an extra level of comfort. I felt right at home and the apartment looks just like the photos. The hosts were very responsive and made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend!

This is one of those perfect finds. I think this little cottage is the ideal layover for a family, professionals or a couple. We had two professionals for a local business trip in Decatur and this spot was just what we needed to feel at home and also cared for. Clean, new, all the amenities we could want. Super equipped kitchen, grill, laundry, etc. if needed. It also come with over 100 acres of farm fields as front yard and two caboose in the backyard. So special.
