In the pedestrian heart of the medieval village of Notre Dame de Londres, just 5 km from Pic Saint Loup, you will enjoy the coolness of the stone walls and air conditioning in the hottest part of summer, and will be enchanted by the crackling of the fire in the corner of the monumental fireplace in the coldest part of winter. 3-star furnished tourist accommodation.

In a small condominium of 3 lots, cute bedroom of 15 m², independent and private entrance, with your bathroom/toilet, and mini kitchenette (No hotplates/ok for breakfast and snacking). Free parking on site in the subdivision. Montpellier is a 5-minute drive away, shops, tram stops and highway access are 200 meters away. 20 minutes from the beaches and airport. Small but clean, comfortable and well arranged. There are 3 steps to access the front porch of the accommodation.

The getaway

New studio of 15 m² integrated into our main residence with independent entrance located in the village of Viols-le-Fort (from the Occitan "Chemin du Fort"). At the entrance to the village, in a recent subdivision, with access to the village amenities on foot (bakery/grocery store, butcher shop, restaurant, bar, bookstore...) and close to the garrigue. The outdoor layout is planned for mid-December to take full advantage of this space and improve access to the studio.

Gîte completely renovated in 2021 for 4, consisting of a living room and 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 90 cm, 1 bed of 160). A covered terrace awaits you, with electric barbecue, you can enjoy it almost all year round. Quiet in a village of 1000 inhabitants at 230 meters above sea level, with a multiservice store (bread, grocery, newspapers, meat, deli, caterer, post office, tobacco...) between the vineyards and the garrigue in the heart of Hérault.
