Equipped kitchen open to the living room with balcony, bathroom with shower and toilet, a 2-seater folding bed as well as a sofa bed.

Classified as a historical monument, Pignan is a medieval village near Montpellier. You will stay in an old sheepfold dating from the 18th century with magnificent pointed arches. The walls were built with lime and Pignan stone. This is a large room of about 20 m2 designed for 2 people ideally. This atypical property is located on the ground floor of our house in a quiet pedestrian street in the city center and close to small shops.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place: 400 m from the village center on foot and all amenities 15 minutes from the river Hérault (canoeing) , 20 minutes from Montpellier , 25 minutes from St Guilhem le désert, and 45 minutes from the sea.
