Claudia's apartment is located in a neighborhood away from the center, a simple but very quiet neighborhood, with good options of good and inexpensive restaurants, and a market very close for quick shopping. Access close to bus and subway lines where we could easily visit Madrid's main sights. The apartment was impeccable, very organized and clean, very cozy. Communication with the host was excellent, we needed to anticipate check-in a little and we managed it with ease. Super comfortable beds, very clean linens, very quiet and peaceful place to rest. If I had the opportunity to return to Madrid again, I would return to Claudia's apartment again. Excellent stay.

Beautiful apartment, full of charm, very clean, with plenty of excellent kitchenware. The village is very nice, the surroundings are spectacular. Conchi is an excellent host, attentive to help quickly if necessary and charming in her dealings. The village has few places to park and the streets are sometimes difficult to get through by car, so it is advisable to ask the host in advance for the appropriate directions and to avoid problems. Summary of the stay: absolutely recommended.

The stay was great, the house is as shown in the photos. Good patio that for when the weather is good, it's a pass!! The house is very well located, 5 minutes from Segovia and the Farm, and 20 minutes from the Sierra de Navacerrada. The owner is very friendly and very attentive and responds super fast!! The accommodation was perfect, spacious kitchen, large room with an electric radiator to heat it in minutes, and a cozy living room with a perfect TV to feel like you're in a movie.

Both the house and the environment are ideal, the views are spectacular of the best I have been, you can breathe peace in the middle of nature. The house is warm and very well set. From the same house you can make beautiful routes. We had a great time. I recommend it without a doubt.

We were very comfortable in David's apartment, we felt right at home! Everything was very clean and tidy, and it was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The entrance was very spacious to leave things. We went with a 2-year-old girl, and it was great for leaving her stroller. Definitely a very nice and quiet place to enjoy the weekend.

Staying in a house rehabilitated with so much taste and comfort, far from the city and the rush, offered us to be able to disconnect and enjoy as much as we had dreamed as a couple. Away from the village of Barco de Ávila enough to not be any obstacle approach shopping, eating or visiting the town and enjoying staying in the middle of the sierra in complete tranquility and intimacy.

Highly recommended accommodation for a gathering of family and friends with children, since it has a large garden plot with facilities and equipment for the children to have a great time.

Despite the rain over the weekend, we had a very good two days at Andrés' house, which has a covered outdoor area. We highly recommend this place.

Great value for location and accommodations with great garage parking within walking distance of all the local sites. Large comfortable rooms and nice bathroom. There’s no AC or heating in the unit, could be an issue in winter or summer months. Note, the living room sofa was very worn and damaged with cigarette burns, all other furnishings are comfortable and look new. The fully equipped kitchen is nice to have. Check-in/Check-out was easy.

The apartment has all that is needed and we would say much more to be able to spend the days we want at ease. Good comfort, clean, in very good condition. All instructions are detailed. The place where it is located is very nice and pleasant for resting. If we have to give a rating from 1 to 10, we'll give you the maximum. Thanks to Luis and wife.

The apartment was new in excellent condition, Javier at all times informed me of places to shop, eat and places to visit as well as additional information, without hesitation I would return.

The stay was great. From the first moment Concha was in contact with me giving me all the details. She is a great lady. The ideal place to rest and be in contact with nature. The pool great and have parking also sum dots. Nice to have spent a few days there and looking forward to repeat
