We can not promise that you will see the northern lights, moose, reindeer and catch wild fish; but many of our guests have experienced it. They love the cottage, it is cozy, located by a lake and has the wilderness outside the door. A boat is included in the rent. The area is famous for skiing, hiking, cycling, kayaking in lakes and rapids. A perfect starting point for adventure and for those who seek rest in pure nature in all seasons. And it is only 20 minutes to the tourist metropolis of Åre

Hyr vår nybyggda (Nov 2022) och välplanerade 4 rummare med bastu i fridfull miljö. Hög standard med unika tillval, golvvärme och en svårslagen mysfaktor som verkligen ger den där stugkänslan man vill ha när man åker till fjällen. I princip ski in/ ski out med endast en gångväg på 100 meter till skidbackarna i Tegefjäll / Duved (ingår i Åres liftsystem). 300 meter åt andra hållet hittar ni restaurang, livsmedelsbutik och skidbussen in till Åre (i drift under skidsäsong). Hyrs ut privat av Daniel

Fristående hus på ca 50 kvm fördelat på två plan med 2 sovrum och badrum med rymlig bastu med utsikt över Åre by. Stor balkong i söderläge med magisk utsikt. VM 8:an och backen direkt ”utanför dörren” . Denna lift som öppnar först och stänger sist på dagen och säsongen tar dig ut till hela Åres magiska skidsystem. Äkta ski-in ski-out!

Brattland bike/ski lodge ligger naturskönt ovan E14, ca 8 km från Åre by. Bilparkering finns vid husen. Med bil tar det tio minuter till byn. Vill man åka buss, tar man sig ner till hållplatsen vid E14. Det går bra att ta med sig skidor eller bräda på bussen. Förutom skidåkning och cykling kan man vandra, fiska, åka hundspann, hyra snöskoter och en mängd andra aktiviteter. Man tar sig direkt från huset till vandringsleder och cross country cykling. I denna fantastiska lilla fjällby Ottsjö ligger vårt nybyggda hus på ett högt läge med utsikt över fjällvärlden i Åre. Huset är 76 kvm stort med panoramafönster och vackra materialval. I det här huset kommer du känna att du är utomhus även när du sitter inne vid kaminen med en kopp te. Alldeles bakom huset finns flera preparerade längdspår, skoterspår, vandringsleder och närhet till fint fiske. Ett perfekt hus för vänner och barnfamiljer som även vill ta med sin hund.

Åre Stay- Härlig lägenhet centralt, nära till allt

Fin, fräsch lägenhet belägen vid Åre torg med närhet till allt. Balkong i söderläge. 75 meter till Ica, 150 meter till tågstationen. Minimiålder för att hyra är 18 år. Barn är såklart välkomna i vuxnas sällskap. Nära till underbara Årestrand där man får känna på hur det är att bada i friskt fjällvatten. Alla härliga vandringsleder finns också runt knuten.

It is an amazing house with incredible views and surroundings. Easy access to the slopes at the back of the house. We had a great stay and we will for sure rent Pamela’s house again. She is very responsive and very helpful. We would highly recommend this house for other families.

Great location, close to the slope, ski in and ski out if a little more snow, when we were there in mid April it required walking 30m to the slope. The apartment has a really great, large, open kitchen and living room on the 2nd floor. The apartment is relatively spaceous with some closets in the bedrooms and a TV area on the bottom floor with the bedrooms. A sauna that with some will can fit 4 people but 2 comfortably. Parking right outside the house. We could not get bed linen and towels which is a bit of a hassle when you travel as a family and need to bring your own.

Our second time at the Airbnb and it was just as magnificent as the first. The hosts are so kind and flexible, always there to help. It is a place where you feel at one with nature, superb views overlooking the pine-covered valley, very quiet and peaceful. It has everything you need, lovely kitchen to cook and great living area to relax next to the fire. I hope we can come back again! Thank you.
