The Herbret and the sauna is a recreational experience! The lodge is located 80 meters from Lake Åresjön; 10 meters from the lake is the sauna; 200 meters away is the VM8 ski slope. Bus station 200 m that takes you to the village center. Otherwise, you can walk about 1.3 km, about 20 minutes walk. Ski rental SkiStar about 500m. Sheets are NOT included. Two 90-cm (35-in) beds. Good to know! The train tracks are close by; there is the sound of trains a few times per day/evenings. During your stay, the sauna can be rented out to groups of the host Fia, she will communicate that with the guest.

Attic apartment with heated garage in the middle of the village. 8 beds, 6 rooms and kitchen, 127 sqm with large balcony in south-facing location, views of Åresjön, Renfjället, the historic part of Åre and the Jämtland mountain world. The architect's basic idea was to create an apartment for active socializing with the large family. Hence the two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms at each end and smaller bedrooms for younger family members. Welcome to this unique and tranquil accommodation right by Storån. A wonderful place for the nature lover. Private jetty available for the bathing enthusiast. There is also a fireplace by the river where you can barbecue and enjoy the view. The accommodation consists of a smaller log cabin which, despite its size, has most amenities. If you're lucky, you can see the otter catch fish while you're eating breakfast. Storån is a popular place for fly fishing. Five minutes walk from the cabin, you have a large, nice sandy beach at Ottsjön.

Super nice 2nd floor apartment of about 40 sqm with a great location in Åre village. Nice patio overlooking Lake Åresjön. Only a 10-minute walk to the station and Åre square, 3 minutes to the ski bus, grocery store and liquor store. The apartment has 4 comfortable beds (1 double bed of continental model 160 cm + 1 sofa bed of very high quality 160 cm). The rent includes access to a heated storage room for storing skis and boots. A comfortable accommodation with everything you need for a nice and relaxing vacation!
