Cozy, classic mountain cabin with amazing views of the mountain landscape! The cottage has a large living room with a fireplace and exit to the balcony in a sunny south-facing location. The kitchen was replaced a couple of years ago and is fully equipped with a dining table attached, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Sauna is available. Crib is available. Hiking and skiing trails are accessible directly around the corner from the house. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village there is ICA Bua, dog sledding, brewery, etc.

The house consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom, one sleeping loft and a kitchen that is open to the living room. It is open between the sleeping loft and the living room, which should be taken into account if you intend to sleep in the loft and if you are traveling with morning-lively individuals. The cottage is modern but cozily decorated to create a lovely cottage feeling. Huså is located on the other side of Åreskutan from Åre and has its own ski slope and very good opportunities for snowmobiling. There is also a rapids to swim in and hiking trails.

Cozy and modern apartment with a cottage feel

Rent my newly-built (Nov 2022) and well-designed 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, underfloor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives that cabin feeling you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walkway of 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (operating during ski season). Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. Tottens byväg is Åre's oldest district and is an idyllic place only 10 minutes' walk from Åre center, where there is a large selection of restaurants, food and clothing stores, Systembolaget, cafés, etc. Only 5 minutes' walk to Tottliften where you enter the entire Åre ski system. Porch with wonderful views, morning and evening sun The apartment has its own entrance & parking & is located in a permanent residence.

A fantastic nice apartment with ski-in ski-out in central Åre Björnen. 3 nice bedrooms, sauna, magical views of Renfjället and Åresjön. Large living room with TV and music system, lovely dining area with nice views. Ski bus outside the door, grocery store, ski rental and restaurants 200 meters. Nice cross-country tracks with evening lighting. Private parking with electric charger, Wi-Fi, barbecue, patio. Bed linen is not included, can be booked. Self check-in and check-out with digital keypad lock. 25-year age limit applies.
