Well planned corner apartment in the City Hall, located opposite the train station. The apartment consists of 6 beds (3 bedrooms), fully equipped open plan kitchen to living room. Newly renovated bathroom with shower & drying cabinet. Balcony view of Åresjön. The village house is located at Åre square & is walking distance to shops, restaurants as well as ski lift. Åre/Tegefjäll between Åre village and Duved. Quiet, modern and family-friendly accommodation close to nature and adventure both summer and winter. In summer, you can hike directly from the house. Nice berry fields are close by. The ski slope is just 50 meters away. Duveds and Tegefjälls lift systems are built together. Many people think it is the best skiing in the area, but you can also take your skis down to the free ski bus to Åre, where the lift cards also apply. With touring skis, you can go directly out on the mountain expanses.

The apartment is located at the top of the Nyvallen Tegefjäll area. Has a wonderful view. Close to the children's slope and Tegefjäll's lift system that connects with Duved. Ski bus to Åre is at Tegetornet Cleaning is included in the fee One bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and sauna. One with toilet and sink Drying cabinet in the hall Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc. Storage for skis adjacent to the stairs up to the apartment. Lockable so you do not have to drag up skis.

Welcome to Tegefjäll Enbäret Panorama! The apartment is located high located with a magnefik view from the terrace in addition to Åreskutan. It is ski in ski out and a nice and cozy newly built apartment (finished 2016) with everything you may need. Both Tegefjäll and Duved's lift system (they sit together) is just outside the door. When you stay with us, you also have the opportunity to rent our Fjällpulken, mountain backpacks tent and more. Just ask and we'll arrange it. Snowracern and the sleds are free to borrow:)

Note: Week 2-5 we only rent to families or groups of 35+. For rent Sun-Sun, Sun-Thurs or Thurs-Sun. Selected weeks (7, 8 & 9) only Sun-Sun. Christmas week 2025 is rented out Sat-Sat (12/20-27). Super nice apartment 65 sqm in the middle of the village! High up in the house with a view and balcony towards Åresjön. 250 m to lift, 150 m to train and 300 m to the center with restaurants and shops. Here you live perfectly in Åre all seasons whether you are going skiing, biking or hiking and enjoying the nature around Åre. Nice hiking opportunities in Åre's proximity. The variety of amusements is endless with several good restaurants, shopping and adventure swimming and SPA for kids and adults.

Nice apartment in Åre by ski in/bike in

We rent out our apartment in Åre when we are not there ourselves. It is located next to the cable car, above Hotel Granen, next to the hill (Stjärnbacken/WM6:an), and a few minutes walk to the square. The apartment is located at the top of the house, has a balcony in the southwest and fantastic views of Renfjället and Åresjön. Two bedrooms, one with two bunk beds, one with double bed/two single beds. Comfortable spring mattresses in all beds.
