Vacation rentals with a patio in Åre

We are super happy with our stay. Cozy, fresh and modern accommodation in a fantastic location in the bear. Håkan has responded quickly to questions and been very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here if you are thinking of going to Åre!

Katrine addressed us very quickly to all the questions that arose from us. The apartment was clean and very well equipped with everything necessary. He also did us the favor to leave the apartment later. A very good experience, I would repeat!!

Very good accommodation for two people (more adult people would have been a little crowded). Very nice surroundings and cozy place to be in for cross-country skiing and tour skiing. The host was very helpful and nice. Carry with me very warm memories from Vålådalen. The mountain station next door is an amazing place with good food, great service and friendly staff.

Perfect location right by Tottliften, easy to walk straight out on the slopes. Easy to get down to Åre square with the Bergbanan, which runs every 20 minutes from 9 am until 9 pm. The apartment is nice and fresh, the view canon out over the mountains and Åre.

Cozy and modern apartment in a great location, close to the ski slopes and the elevator, and with a great view. Mikael was a helpful and accommodating host who responded quickly. I will definitely stay here again!

We had the best stay at Sofie's place! It was very cozily furnished, clean and we didn't miss anything. Sofie was super friendly, always available and helped us with our concerns. Our highlights were the fireplace and the hot tub :) We would always book this place again!

Wonderful and cosy cabin, right outside the duvet cross country tracks. Easy to go to the bus to Åre. Fredrik was super helpful and nice and we will definitely be back lots :-)

A nice house when the big family goes on a trip together. Beautiful bedrooms and nice surroundings in Åre where everything is possible. Easy to get in touch with the host during the stay.

Nice house in a very peaceful environment. Elvira was very kind and helpful to our requests and questions. She felt like a family member from the first moment. A lot of nice sites to visit in the nearby if you are interested in nature.

House was amazing! The views and atmosphere were perfect for a relaxing stay. Price was reasonable. Maria gave thorough instructions before our stay. Only downside was that you had to bring your own hand towels which we were not aware of. Other towels and sheets we had brought with us as informed.

The house is centrally located, within walking distance of shops and restaurants and with the bus stop of the ski bus almost at the door. We stayed with four people and had friends as guests who also stayed one night sleeping. Total of 8 people. The living room offers every possibility to eat together. The barbecue on the terrace, the cozy fireplace and the spacious sauna made the stay extra pleasant. Mattias and Anna had already provided various things such as wood and charcoal. Very nice! They responded quickly to questions. In short, recommended for a nice stay in cozy Åre!

Great location, close to the slope, ski in and ski out if a little more snow, when we were there in mid April it required walking 30m to the slope. The apartment has a really great, large, open kitchen and living room on the 2nd floor. The apartment is relatively spaceous with some closets in the bedrooms and a TV area on the bottom floor with the bedrooms. A sauna that with some will can fit 4 people but 2 comfortably. Parking right outside the house. We could not get bed linen and towels which is a bit of a hassle when you travel as a family and need to bring your own.

Another great stay in Stafan's apartment! A perfect apartment in lovely surroundings. We are happy to rent the apartment again on the next trip to Åre!

Close to the slopes and to Åre village, absolutely perfect!

Nice hosts who responded quickly to questions! Perfect apartment for a skiers weekend. Lovely location in Björnen ski area, a couple of steps out with the ski boots and then ski-out to the lift! Stone throw from ICA and Björnens ski area. Fresh apartment with a nice view. Smart TV with possibility to connect your own or use Youtube, svtplay etc anyway. There were also speakers (which we didn't use, but looked awesome!).

Sandra & Daniel were fantastic hosts! Super responsive and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen had all the amenities you would want. When you travel its great to have things like soap, dishwasher tablets and coffe which was there. Our family had a great time in Tegefjäll which to us as a family was the best place to ski at in the whole of Åre, we had a car to get around to all places which is what I would recommend when you travel with a family to Åre. We would definatley come back to this apartment if we come back to Åre. Thank you again!!

Large and nice apartment, which is centrally located. Perfect with long table to gather the gang for dinner. Always responded to messages quickly, and was available if there should be anything. We had a great stay at the apartment 😊
