The Herbret and the sauna is a recreational experience! The lodge is located 80 meters from Lake Åresjön; 10 meters from the lake is the sauna; 200 meters away is the VM8 ski slope. Bus station 200 m that takes you to the village center. Otherwise, you can walk about 1.3 km, about 20 minutes walk. Ski rental SkiStar about 500m. Sheets are NOT included. Two 90-cm (35-in) beds. Good to know! The train tracks are close by; there is the sound of trains a few times per day/evenings. During your stay, the sauna can be rented out to groups of the host Fia, she will communicate that with the guest.

Ottsjö, Årefjällen - with magnificent views!

Cozy, classic mountain cabin with amazing views of the mountain landscape! The cottage has a large living room with a fireplace and exit to the balcony in a sunny south-facing location. The kitchen was replaced a couple of years ago and is fully equipped with a dining table attached, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Sauna is available. Crib is available. Hiking and skiing trails are accessible directly around the corner from the house. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village there is ICA Bua, dog sledding, brewery, etc.

The cabin by Storån

Welcome to this unique and tranquil accommodation right by Storån. A wonderful place for the nature lover. Private jetty available for the bathing enthusiast. There is also a fireplace by the river where you can barbecue and enjoy the view. The accommodation consists of a smaller log cabin which, despite its size, has most amenities. If you're lucky, you can see the otter catch fish while you're eating breakfast. Storån is a popular place for fly fishing. Five minutes walk from the cabin, you have a large, nice sandy beach at Ottsjön.

In all its simplicity, without running water and electricity, the house and surroundings have something completely unique to offer. The silence is palpable and you are far from everyday stress with proximity to fantastic hiking trails, the possibility of fishing and wonderful swimming. Here you can be on your own, but the cottage is only 2 km from Ottsjö with Ica, a newly-built sauna and rental boats.

The cottage is located with a direct proximity to the lake that invites activities all year round. Cooking over an open fire at the cottage's barbecue area is much appreciated by guests. Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

Very close to Tegeforsen offering fishing and swimming. Also close to Åre golf - one of the most beautiful courses in Sweden. The house offers a spacious open plan living room, six bedrooms, sauna, relax, TV-room and a big "mud-room" to keep skiing clothing, golf equipment etc. We also have wifi and a nice fire pit.
