Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Ards and North Down

A very nice apartment which was clean, quiet, and spacious. Queen’s University is very close as is the Botanical Gardens and History Museum. The host was very responsive and quick with local suggestions. Cons: slightly involved actually getting to and in the apartment building. The BR with shower only was difficult to operate and wasn’t able to get hot water and the BR with combo shower/tub was scary getting in and out of being raised so far off the ground with a glass shield that unexpectedly moved. Would have liked an easier entrance exit situation for sure and less importantly could have used an extra towel. Overall, a good experience but being older will look elsewhere next time.

Darin's apartment is clean, safe, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed to make it quickly feel like home. The balcony and parking were great, and it's in an excellent location close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Darin was an excellent host and I would happily stay there again.

Great apartment, just off the Lisburn Road, walkable to shops, bars and restaurants. Very good size, plenty of space. Lovely comfy beds. Great kitchen. Felt at home and would definitely stay again.

A lovely and homely apartment equipped with everything you'd need and more. Extremely comfortable beds and a host that was so welcoming and responsive. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Good location. Nice setup. It was nice to be able to wash clothes using the washing machine. It was also nice to have use of a dishwasher. Having a dedicated parking space in the building garage for free was also nice.

This was an ideal base for us to explore Belfast. Matt’s instructions were exact and all went well, settled in easily and no able to enjoy our stay, we had everything you need to be comfortable. Spacious bedrooms and bathroom, light feel to the space. We had no issues at all, parking advice was spot on too. Good value for money, o would recommend it. The bus being on the door step is so ideal and local amenities too, this saves a lot of time! We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it.

The apartment was walkable to central Belfast, though the immediate vicinity was still under development. The facilities were comprehensive for 4 visitors , and the welcome was helpful, with an early check-in offered and taken up.

Feels like a high-end hotel with the benefit of three bedrooms, three baths and a kitchen. We loved the views from the 11th floor. All the windows and the three small balconies make this property very special. Clean and modern. As well stocked an Airbnb as we've ever stayed in (ranging from comfortable beds to plenty of dishes), which made it feel like a home vs. a rental. Plus, as a bonus, a perfect location.

The flat was beyond expectations. Truly the pictures do not do it justice. The location was great for all the tours and dining spots we wanted to do on our trip. The beds were extremely comfortable and large. The bathrooms were also quite large, clean, and stocked with anything you may have forgotten! Communication with Gary was exceptional, and he was very responsive! We would absolutely stay here again if/when we return to Belfast!

Me and my partner stayed for 2 nights, we were greeted by John who is a lovely gentleman very welcoming, great location, we stayed in the stables and it was very clean, tidy and spacious, we had everything we would need at hand, very quiet at night which was lovely for a great nights sleep, we tried the local Chinese takeaway which the menu was in our welcome pack and it was amazing we both enjoyed it. We definitely recommend the stay and we can’t wait to be back!

Matthew was very kind and attended to us whenever we needed anything. The house had incredible views and was in a very peaceful area, exactly what we wanted. It was spacious with lots of room, and had plenty of useful tools, like the BBQ equipment. We had a great time and I truly recommend this Airbnb.

Myself and my partner stayed at keelans accommodation on Saturday night to Sunday and really enjoyed our time there, the room came equipped with everything we needed from tea bags to fresh towels and we had easy access to the bathroom, our host was very friendly and accommodating, and it certainly helped that his cats were so adorable, we would certainly recommend this property and would love to come back.

We had a pleasant stay at Hilda's. The bedroom is comfortable and the bathroom impeccable. Hilda and her husband are very welcoming, very good tips on activities to do (despite the language barrier). They offer some sweets for breakfast, the homemade walnut bread is excellent! The best stay of our trip. We highly recommend this listing.

Staying at Clare’s place was an excellent experience. From the very beginning, she was kind, warm, and incredibly thoughtful. She is without a doubt one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, always ready to help and make sure everything was perfect. The place was spotless, comfortable, and cozy. You can really tell how much care and dedication she puts into hosting. She truly makes you feel at home. I absolutely recommend staying here. If you’re looking for a great place, go for it, you won’t regret it!

it was my 6 use of Airbnb, and by far the best experience I've had. The home was absolutely stunning - everything new and super modern and delicious. Large room and nice bathroom. Michael and Abbe were so hospitable and cozy to talk to, and they were available with advice and suggestions about activities. i was there to follow a golf tournament and stayed with Michael and Anne for 3 days, and unfortunately didn't use the local area, which otherwise just looked amazing. In the short free time I had, it felt quite natural to enjoy time with the hosts, and sorry if I spent too much of your time - it was just so cozy and natural👍. I will definitely come back and next time with my wife, she deserves to have the same great experience of Northern Ireland and Michael and Anne that I enjoyed in 3 lovely days.

This is a quiet and clean block, Mr. Rory is very friendly and patient. He repeated " just feel at home" for many time, this made me so relaxed and welcomed. The bed is super soft and comfortable,the kitchen is well-equipped. Mr. Rory is super handsome and tall, he smiles like sunshine. I will choose to live here next time.

Great, spacious home in the centre of Newcastle. Easily accommodated two families and was a great base for us to explore the Mournes & coast
