The Old Vicarage NI B&B is a family run B&B on the East Coast of the the Ards Peninsula, Northern Ireland (NI). We are directly on the Irish seafront providing stunning views from your bedroom. There is ample safe off-road parking within our grounds. Dog are welcome but not within the house. We have good safe secure kennelling within our farmyard. We will personally welcome all our guests with a cup of tea/coffee in the guest lounge. All our rooms are equipped with Tea/coffee making facilities.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, nightlife, the city centre The Botanic Gardens is only two minutes walk and Ulster Museum, River lagan only 5 minutes walk. My place is close to theatres and cinemas and close to vibrant Botanic Avenue.. You’ll love because of it has high ceilings and spacious bedroom. The Kitchen is spacious and has all basic facilities. My place is good for solo adventurers, students, tourists and business travellers.

It’s a lovely place to stay. Nice and clean and 30 mins walk into the city. However when we booked we thought breakfast was included. This is not the case and on arrival we were told we could get a discounted breakfast at the leisure centre cafe across the road but the cafe no longer does breakfasts. The kitchen facilities at Titanic are good for doing your own meals.

Beautiful room and bathroom in a cosy home. From arrival through to departure Tanya was a consummate host. Everything about the process from pre arrival contact reassured me that I was going to have a pleasant stay and indeed it was. If you enjoy tranquility within walking distance of a village this is a great option.

Perfect, so clean and quiet. Room was cosy and warm, bed was so soft and cosy. Everything very clean, great breakfast. Stayed over for doing a half marathon, allowed to come back for a shower and change which was great. Would def stay here again, very good price for a great stay and a perfect location for what l needed.

We had a beautiful stay at Kiltariff House with Catherine. The grounds and house itself are beautiful and you'll get a cracking nights sleep in the beds too! After your great nights sleep you're in for a resplendent breakfast. All in all we had a beautiful time there and would highly recommend it to anyone. We won't be staying anywhere else when we come!

Arlene is a lovely host and pleasure to chat with. She went above and beyond to make us and our two hyperactive boxers feel welcome and overall it was an amazing experience. The place is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The absolutely beautiful surroundings together with the delicious breakfast make it even more enjoyable. It's a great location and only a short drive to Murlough National Nature Reserve which was a bonus, we will definitely be back.
