Fantastic stay with such warm and friendly hosts!......if only all Airbnb places were as efficiently managed and as idyllic as this one! Communication from Anna was proactive, concise and easy; the Cart Shed perfectly located for a tranquil, peaceful break in the countryside; spotlessly clean throughout, airy, spacious with a lovely patio and a stunning view across the countryside, and Anna and Gordon have thought of everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and bathroom, and the bedroom was beautiful with crisp white cotton sheets and quilt with the romantic fairy lights a magical touch! On arrival Anna and Gordon had supplied our choice of bread and milks, jams, butter, bottled water, a bottle of Cava and other bits and bobs, plenty to get us through the weekend we were there. We had a fabulous stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Cart Shed for a relaxing, luxury stay in a beautiful part of Sussex. We can't wait to return!

We had a really wonderful stay in this lovely little cabin in an area with beautiful surroundings. The pictures don’t do it justice. We enjoyed watching the lambs from the window as we had our breakfast, and sitting by the wood burner in the evening. Jo and Daniel were wonderful hosts - accommodating, responsive, and very thoughtful. The cabin is very close to the gardens at Wakehurst and many beautiful villages and country walks. We would highly recommend. Not a problem but something to note: the hot water ran out when we were showering but reheated very quickly so worth spacing out your showers.

A wonderful place to stay, the cabin was cosy but at no point did it feel too cramped and felt right at home with all amenities provided. Local shops not too far away and a gorgeous scenery that really made our stay feel that much more comfortable. David was an excellent host from clear instructions, helpful guidances and recommendations to local areas and things to do. We would love to stay again in the future!

A very enjoyable second stay. Andrew and Fiona provide lovely breakfast foods and other welcome treats. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable with a beautiful outlook at the back. Its a nice walk into the village and both pubs do good food and are very friendly. We enjoyed a trip on the Bluebell Railway this time plus a return visit to Sheffield Park.
