70 m2 house renovated with the help of an architect, composed of an exterior offering a magnificent view of the entire village. It includes on the ground floor a large living/dining room with equipped kitchen; a double bedroom with shower room and toilet (separate). The ground floor consists of a well equiped kitchen and living space with entrance to your own private garden area. The bedroom and en-suite is on the upper level. Enjoy the sunset with a view over the local pond which can also be used for fishing (Permit included).
