Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The house is large with a garden located in the village of Cavi, 100 meters from the very beautiful and quiet beach. Excellent restaurants with typical Ligurian cuisine, fish and pizza are 50 meters from the house. Great village on the coast attached to Sestri Levante to stop and get to know in peace and the possibility to visit Portofino and Cinque Terre 20 minutes away by means of transport.

Amazing apt. with an exciting view

The apartment is on two floors and has one of the most spectacular views in the town. For example, at the cocktail hour you can relax on comfortable sunbeds in front of a irresistible sunset. I was a guest at Elena's with my wife, nine months pregnant and my 2-year-old son. The apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful renovated villa and is reached by a spiral staircase. The room is very bright with equally refined details. It has everything you need for a truly relaxing stay: air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, washing machine, dishwasher, very comfortable bidet and shower, spacious balcony. The terrace is located on the roof of the villa and is reached with external access to the apartment via a spiral staircase (the same one that leads to the apartment): huge, with views of the trees and the Alps, furnished with sunbeds-umbrella and a table where you can dine. We stayed in August in very hot weeks so we used it after sunset. Elena was an impeccable host, generous in advice and tireless in providing us with support. She showed us extraordinary empathy by making us feel great.

The place was really very nice and everything was as described. The location is really great, both the beach and Portovenere are just a short walk away. Directly in Portovenere, wonderful hiking trails start, so you hardly need the car...The garage is an absolute plus! The communication with Nicoletta was very easy and she gave all the important information in advance. After a few days, we were just allowed to move into an apartment with fantastic sea views and views of the bay, which we really found super nice and not self-evident. We would come back in a heartbeat and spend our vacation here! :)

As a family of 4, we had a perfect stay at La Lucertola. Luisa and Colin were friendly, attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. They were available on the phone throughout, if needed. The music studio was an incredible addition - we felt very lucky to have access to it throughout our stay. The accommodation is located up a narrow track, but this meant we had access to stunning views and wildlife all around. Although the pool was cold, due to the time of year we visited, it didn’t stop us using it a couple of times. The pool is perfectly located - overlooking Pisa. There was plenty of seating around the pool and, although other families were staying in the house next door, it didn’t once feel like we couldn’t use any of the facilities. Other great facilities worth mentioning - the pizza oven is such an experience - to make pizzas overlooking the tower of Pisa, in Italy, was incredible. We also had all the cleaning items and linen we needed too. Grazie.

The perfect view over Tellaro, stairs down to the town level are just a few feet away. The apartment is all new inside, very stylish, spacious and comfortable. The view cannot be beat! There is a washer but clothes are hung to dry (on balcony or over the towel warmer-radiator). Lovely restaurants nearby, tiny tiny grocery-deli-fruit stand just off the square. The most charming place we stayed on our trip.

One of the highlights was the stunning sunset view, which made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect! Silvia is a very attentive host to her guests, very helpful and a pleasant person. The house is a gem. Full of decorative details and original vintage furniture that fit together perfectly. On the ground floor, a large, bright room overlooking the well-kept porch and garden. Upstairs, there are 3 comfortable bedrooms with very clean linens. We felt right at home. The temperatures were not ideal for a dip in the beautiful pool but, we are already thinking of coming back to try it!

Ivana is the best host we have met. a very nice meeting. She and her family are so welcoming, available, attentive, full of good advice and Allan cooks very well! the apartment is perfect. peaceful place close to beautiful places to visit. Ivana knows how to advise. It's very rare to find a host who speaks 3 languages like her. I don't know when yet but we'll probably be back someday.

Ettore’s home in Monterosso was fantastic. Communication was excellent and proactive. Were met at the train station by Chiara (Ettore’s daughter in law). She walked us to the apartment where she showed us all the “ins and outs” of the home. Home looks exactly like pictures. There are 77 steps up to the home, but we didn’t mind after eating all that pasta.
