This is an old Rustic house rebuilt from a ruin In 2010. Restored to its former glory, this wonderful house overlooks Mula , the Sierra Espuna's and Mula’s historic Castle. The town is only a short walk. Mula has many fiestas throughout the year the most popular are Celebrations in Mula planned through 2025/6 are The Famous Tamboras , Santa Semana, Cinema film week, September Annual Fiesta , San Isidro. The Valley House

Unique accommodation in the area, very spacious for you to enjoy with your loved ones. It consists of 3 bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, it has spectacular views and the sunlight bathes all its bedrooms. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings, our Segura River and its beautiful Ricote valley with countless activities to do in the area.

Nice house on the first floor

Your family will have everything nearby in this home located in the center of the province of Murcia. The home is on the first floor and is very bright. In front of the house there is an old washing machine (great acequia where women used to wash clothes). The village is 15 minutes from the town of Murcia, 30 minutes from the beach of Mazarrón and very close to the natural park of Sierra Espuña. There is bar/coffee shop and shop about 100 meters away. The bus stop is next to the house.

Luxurious chalet with pool (with sliding deck) and barbecue, just ten minutes from the center of Murcia (the tram stop is two hundred meters from the house). Enjoy its beautiful garden, sunbeds, mini-golf and French pool table. There is the possibility of renting by hours the tennis and paddle tennis court with an additional cost of €10. Family meals and parties are allowed in the barbecue area but, without loud music or massive crowds (max 15 people).

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.
