Monthly Rentals in Arcadia, Phoenix

Stephanie’s condo was absolutely fantastic! We stayed here for two weeks while visiting our daughter and new grand baby. From the moment we booked our stay to our departure, everything was seamless. The home was cozy, clean, and as pictured. Stephanie gave excellent instructions on entering into the property as well. We loved the handwritten card upon arrival and all of the water, snacks, and amenities. It was such a personal touch that goes a long way. Stephanie’s attention to detail and overall customer service was phenomenal. She checked in on us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. She was extremely friendly, accommodating, and made our experience an enjoyable one. We are already planning to come again to stay here during the holidays. 10/10 would highly recommend staying here next time you are in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area!

Enjoyed our 30 day stay at Dara’s place in March 2025! The condo is in a very nice neighborhood close to Old Town Scottsdale, the Fashion Mall, and many other shopping areas and restaurants. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of storage and a bonus that each has its own bathroom. A downside is they face a busy street so it took me a few days to get accustomed to the street noise. If you’re looking for a spacious home away from home that’s centrally located, has easy access to the main highways, is close to the airport, or just something local to the Old Town area, this is the place.

Elizabeth’s casita had everything we needed. She was very friendly, accommodating, responsive and hardly ever around which gave us great privacy. Parking in her shaded carport was nice. I would highly recommend this Abnb for a couple.

Not sure there was anything they didn't have included within their place. Loved it!
