House vacation rentals in Arcadia, Phoenix

This peaceful and private home was the perfect getaway for our family. Our baby loved swimming in the pool, and the shallow end fountains added an extra bonus activity:) They also had a beautiful crib available. All in all, the home was beautiful. The host also made our stay so convenient, responding to our questions almost immediately, and providing the cutest gifts! Lastly, it was a wonderful place to take walks outside, just a beautiful family friendly neighborhood. And it’s location was prime, with many activities and great places nearby. We will definitely be staying here again with our family.

We had a wonderful stay at Kyle’s home in Arizona! The house was spotless when we arrived and had such a cozy, welcoming feel. The location was perfect — just a quick drive to both Phoenix and Scottsdale, which made it easy to explore and enjoy all kinds of activities. Kyle was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved relaxing at the house itself — whether we were hanging out by the pool or enjoying the peaceful views by the water, it was the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommend!

I have stayed at many Airbnb's throughout the years - Maggies place is in the top 5 for me. The property is amazing - you will want for nothing here! The landscaping is fantastic and better than the photos. My guests and I felt like we were in a private J.W. Marriott. The thing I enjoyed most was sitting on the back patio/lanai area in the early morning, and listening to the sound of the water feature by the pool. This really IS a gem - if the dates work for you don't hesitate to book it! You will not be disappointed!

We truly loved staying here for the week. The location was unmatched, nestled between old town Scottsdale and the Biltmore areas in beautiful Arcadia. The condo was beautifully renovated, the little touches like makeup towels and toiletries were so appreciated, and the neighborhood was beautiful and safe and quiet. Would absolutely book here again for our next visit to Phoenix!!

Quite possibly one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at. Lots of natural light, comfy beds, cold AC, newer appliances and I’ve never swam in an AZ pool in late May that was THIS refreshing! Very quiet and safe neighborhood, too. This is how an Airbnb should be run!

We were just passing through on a road trip and this was the best place we stopped along the way! So clean and welcoming, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable! We got the best sleep here! We just wish we would have had more time!

The place was perfect for our crew. The outside area is an absolute highlight. We were able to grill up some dinners, lounge outside and get some sun as well as utilize the swimming pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The misters in the lounge area outside were an unexpected highlight!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone

My family and I recently visited for a getaway and had an incredible experience at this Airbnb in the Arcadia area. The home was perfect— clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool, which provided the perfect escape from the Arizona heat. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to some of our favorite spots. We loved dining at Buck & Rider for fantastic seafood and enjoying the vibrant bar scene at 36 Below. We also discovered some new favorites—Trevor’s served up amazing pizza, and Lola’s Coffee offered a delicious breakfast and excellent coffee. Beyond the home itself, the neighborhood was charming, with a picturesque mix of beautifully renovated mid-century modern homes and stylish new builds. It created such a welcoming and visually appealing atmosphere. Our host, Raul, was exceptional—attentive, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. We will certainly be booking again for our next Phoenix trip!

Great house for a group of 8 adults for a weekend away!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this pretty property . It had everything we needed and was in a very convenient location… The decor is very Arizona, warm and welcoming. The hosts were wonderful and were available at a moments notice and checked on us periodically to make sure we were the happiest we could be! I can't wait to stay again!!!

The house was clean and beautifully decorated. We rented this home for the pool. It’s a smaller pool, but was fine for us. William offered to heat the pool for a small fee and that worked out perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The back patio had plenty of cover and seating. Great house in a great location!

this Airbnb was as good as it gets for the price listed! Lisa is very clear with instructions and details on how to take care of the property, how to arrive and how to clean up. Lisa also has a quick response time with any questions you may have. The pool was so much fun to be in during the super hot days we were there! Easiest 5 star rating for sure:)

The backyard and pool was amazing. My family loved spending time together there, it was super comfortable and there were nice touches (pool Lights and blankets). The kitchen was well stocked and the host was super helpful and responsive with local recommendations.

Loved the pool & hot tub. Great location. The street it is located on is lined with palm trees…so pretty.
