Welcome to our warm and inviting historic farm home. Enjoy a quaint and cozy stay with easy access to Athens, UGA, Madison, Monroe, and Watkinsville. You will enjoy the entire second floor. The space offers two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a third room with a double bed that can be used as a bedroom or common room, and a full bathroom with an antique claw foot tub and shower. There's no access to the downstairs. You can also relax on the front porch or back deck overlooking 9 wooded acres.

This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for $35 fee for wood, etc (notify host before).

A great and simple place to stay. Much bigger than it looks in the pictures. I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I only stayed one night and our stay was great. Wes communicated well to make sure we were comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The self check in was easy. The bedroom was spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also roomy. We noticed the attention to small details like extra toiletries, lightening cord next to the bed, sound machine, k-cup assortment with coffee mugs and bottled water just to mention a few. We highly recommend their place.

The perfect, most charming farmhouse with beautiful decor and upgrades. Comfy furnishings and an amazing Master Suite! Cain and Whitney have put their heart into this space to make their guests feel like they’re right at home. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful! You can even go blueberry picking right next door! We rented the home for a family dinner the night before our son and daughter-in-law got married, and this house was the perfect setting! Angela was very responsive and gave clear instructions on check in, details on the rental, and check out. The property surrounding the rental was beautiful and "beeing" there was so convenient for the events we had over the weekend. The kitchen was stocked with all needed supplies for cooking meals and everything was very clean.
