Lovely, well appointed apartment in what has to be the best location in all of Guethary. As sea-front as you can get, with a balcony perfect for morning coffee overlooking Parlementia beach and the surf scene. Very walkable with both the beach, town and train right there. We look forward to returning!

Excellent accommodation, clean and well-equipped. The accommodation is well located and very quiet. Annick is very responsive and offers good tips on sightseeing, restaurants, etc. We spent a very pleasant ten days there and we'll be back with pleasure.

We had a great time, 10 perfect days, many services, the host (Juliette) was very helpful and attentive. Strategic location just a few steps from the beach, a few minutes from Biarritz and convenient to reach all the other beaches in the area. A wonderful small patio for aperitifs or eating, the indoor parking space is an absolute convenience. Thanks to the wonderful lady Juliette and her husband for these wonderful days. Highly recommended.

It was just perfect and we will be happy to come back. The apartment is located directly near our son and his family, is super easy to reach by car, you have your own parking space. The amenities are practical but also very appealing, modern and beautiful. We felt very comfortable.

I rented from Airbnb for my parents. I must say they were very satisfied. They found Auriane to be very welcoming and warm. The apartment matches the listing in every way. It's very beautiful, beautiful modern decor. It is very well located (between Anglet and Biarritz), close to the beaches and the center of Biarritz, although it is advisable to have a vehicle, or to take public transport, which are close by. It is very quiet, you don't hear the noise of traffic, and you can park very easily in front of the apartment. And it has a very spacious and comfortable terrace. If my parents come back to Biarritz, they'll ask me to rent this apartment again because they liked it so much. Thank you for hosting them.

Lovely appartment, spacious, well furnished, amazing shower. Host communicates well and demonstrated high flexibility, allowing me to check out later than planned. I would only advise to bring in with you ear-plugs, as the flat is on the ground floor and you will hear cars passing by. If you are looking to nap and sleep for longer time, it might be difficult if you are a light sleeper like me. This however does not diminishes the excellent experience of the flat and host

Duncan's place is so beautiful and peaceful. The balcony was great for breakfast and for some chilling after a day of beach. Duncan was very helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations for what to do in the area. And the area is also great. Duncan's place is very close to both the beach, shops and restaurants. Really want to come back to this place!

Great accommodation ideally located in Anglet with a very nice terrace! Sandrine is very responsive, accommodating and friendly. Everything went very well, to be repeated!

Lovely hosts, good location for driving to nearby towns/cities. Stunning pool area. Inconvenient for walking to place so would not recommend without a car.

This is a wonderful spot on the ocean with stunning views! It’s an easy walk to beaches and downtown and a fantastic place to start exploring Biarritz by bike or on foot. We had a great time, apartment is spacious, awesome kitchen, bed and balcony !
