An architecturally sleek, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, forest, and mountains—modern, stylish, and consciously minimalist. Here, you will stay in the middle of nature, with maximum privacy and a mountain panorama. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with sweeping views over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. There are deer in the meadows, as well as chickens, bees, cats, and a fish pond.

House in the countryside

A small nice house with about 70 m² of living space in a quiet location, on Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal baths and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very comfortable. Here you can rest, relax or take a break on the Johannesweg on a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel. Thanks to our network of riding trails of around 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always happy to see hiking riders!

Vacation home in the middle of the nature of the Waldviertel

A charming country house in the middle of nature in the Waldviertel with beautiful views of the Yspertal and sunrise on the balcony. In the large fenced garden with forest, dogs also have a lot of fun and space. 200 m away from the house is the Puschacherteich, ideal for swimming and fishing. If you love nature, you will find beautiful hiking and cycling trails in the area, such as Ysperklamm or on the Ostrong. Good starting point to Maria Taferl, Melk or the Wachau, all about 25 min.

Nature's magnificent idyll in a quiet location

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 hectare of forest, a place for retreat, for family vacations, for "Simply being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Rodlhaus GruBÄR

Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look out over the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan run. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping areas. Our vacation home is located in a small village in the beautiful Waldviertel highlands, approx. 1.5 hours by car from Vienna. In the surrounding area, there are extensive meadows and forests. The lovingly designed stone house offers modern comfort and a cozy ambiance. In the region there is a lot to discover all year round. The place is great for couples, families and small groups. Cozy vacation home on the Ybbs for 3 people – ideal for nature lovers! The charming cottage in a cul-de-sac offers a sauna and a hot tub for relaxation. The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideal for stand-up paddling and swimming. A small, completely fenced garden also makes the house ideal for guests with dogs. Arrival is possible both by public transport and in only 1 h 15 min by car from Vienna
