It was such a nice holiday! The property is in the middle of nature, surrounded by cows and forest. The house is well equipped, e.g. to cook for larger groups of people, etc. Mega dear host, who is also quick to respond ! I would definitely come again!!!

We felt comfortable from the first moment. Nice contact with the family. Everything that was needed was available. On the terrace there was a gas grill at our disposal. Sun loungers are available in large numbers. Even a bicycle shed was offered to us for our bicycles. We would rent this house again any time!!!! It was a successful holiday!!!

We liked the place very much. It was perfect for a family gathering with 7 people. Everything very clean and the room distribution is also very convenient. Kitchen, dining and living room are connected and offer enough space to linger together. In addition, landlords are very nice and easy to reach. I'd love to come back :)

We enjoyed our stay in Weyerbach very much. The house is comfortable, modern, spacious and rather well equipped, perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The surroundings also lend themselves well to bike tours. Small complaints were immediately answered and resolved, the owners are very kind and helpful. The sauna and wine cellar (in the photos) were not accessible, but we didn't need it. The price for a week is certainly relatively high, but since we booked last minute, we were very satisfied. We recommend it!

Very nice place to stay, better than described. Very quiet location, modernly furnished and very spacious.

We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

I actually only wanted a week for myself, in nature, to go on vacation alone and looked for a suitable place to stay. Saw the pictures and booked without researching. It was probably meant to be! And! It exceeded everything. My first solo vacation was not only wonderfully beautiful, in this special place, but was also supposed to give me a lot! I was able to get to know Ernst, a wonderful, loving and giving person. 🙏 I was able to experience meditating with Ernst and doing yoga together with him. ☺️ My days of hiking and cycling in the mountains and on the Danube were impressive and energizing. But the place and Ernst, where I was allowed to be, gave me energy and joy. Thanks 🙏🍀

Amazing place, warm welcoming host (even if she talked only german communication wasn't problem). Perfect place to be there with small kid (He was very excited with all animals around).I can only recommended.

This is a really lovely getaway surrounded by beautiful landscape in the small, quiet town of Mürzsteg. Marcus is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Marion is a very kind host. The apartment is modernly decorated and equipped with everything you might need for shorter or longer stays. The sound of the neighboring stream was very pleasant to us. We will be happy to come back.

I have already been to the beautiful house for the third time and enjoy the seclusion and tranquility very much. Karin came by on the first day and greeted me warmly - Thanks for the "shop talk" ;0) We’ll be in touch again soon. I'd love to come back!

The complex is very quiet. The children were able to play on the street. On the premises is a playground for small children. For older children, there are many more play opportunities and attractions in nearby Lipno. Check-in is straightforward. A contact person was always available.

We had a very nice stay! The apartments were very clean, the bathrooms and sanitary facilities new. The kitchen was well equipped. For future visitors, it would be good to know that towels are not provided so that you can bring your own. In addition, the control of the electric heating was not possible everywhere, so it was relatively cool in the bedrooms. At night, however, we didn't have to freeze and it was warm enough. In the common room we were able to heat the tiled stove. Cozy, clean apartments without frills at a very fair price!

Beautiful cottage with everything you need to feel comfortable. I was immediately delighted with the house and the property. The view was fantastically beautiful. The house was very well equipped and very clean. We didn't lack anything. We have been surprised several times by Birgit & Martin with nice little things. I can 100% recommend the house with everything you need. We'll be happy to come back.

We visited for the second time and enjoyed it very much again. Clean, bright, amenities and layout of the rooms fits and the surrounding area is beautiful. Above all, however, communication was very straightforward, friendly and accommodating. We are also happy to come a third time :-)

We have rented two apartments for our family and felt like home. The location is beautiful and close to the skiing resorts. The hosts have been very welcoming and answered immediately every question we had . We will definitely come again.

Beautiful, quiet environment in the forest, but the garden is not around, so not suitable for children alone! (creek is in the immediate vicinity) The house is fully equipped for families and infants. Bathrooms are new, kitchen is still the old one, but everything possible is provided. Despite the age of the house, you can heat up nice and warm, there is also a wood stove. Hosts are kind and helpful.
