As advertised, just like the photos. Luis Miguel was friendly and showed me the place. Gave detailed instructions and hand over the leys. Lovely neighbourhood with character. Smart tv is a plus :)

Juan was very kind and was available at all times for any questions. He also told us how Madrid's public transport worked and how to get to the center in the fastest and most efficient way.

My stay at Javier's apartment was excellent. The place is tastefully decorated, comfortable, clean and quiet. The bed is great, the bathroom was spotless and the kitchen fully equipped. The apartment is in a very safe, wooded and quiet residential area, with supermarkets, a pharmacy, restaurants, cafes, a playground and shops nearby. There is a church within a 5-minute walk. The location is excellent, with a bus stop 5 minutes away (direct lines to Moncloa and subway) and a train station 10-15 minutes away, with access to Renfe. It's also close to Pozuelo, a great region. The office was perfect for studying and working. Javier was very helpful and attentive. I felt at home!
