Also, Cécile left a pouch with several recommendations for hikes, walks, restaurants which is very nice. Finally, she was always available and very accommodating! Recommended ++++

Arrived in a 9-person minibus, all retired and not necessarily good walkers, the place immediately filled us with both the services and the welcome of Kattalin's parents, unfailing simplicity, a kindness rare these days, a breathtaking landscape and view. On the last day, we allowed ourselves to grill with local products, on a sunny terrace, what more could you ask for. I think I'll keep this address in a corner of my mind because in half an hour, you're in Spain, caves and chasms nearby, welcoming restaurants and the sea 3/4 hours away. Thanks to Kattalin and her parents and their grandson who I know will be a farmer like we'd like to see. Thank you

I did not meet the owner, given my check-in time and early check-out. but everything fits my needs.

The Aframe house is isolated with a gorgeous view. Our 10 day stay was accentuated with dodging sheep and cows in the road and frequent walks. Serge and Danielle were great hosts.

We had a pleasant stay at Jeanne's place. The bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are welcoming and practical for colleagues, as is the living room on the ground floor. Jeanne was present at our arrival as well as at our departure and she kindly took the time to advise us of good places in the area. Our only regret is not having had time to enjoy the outside of the house.

This is the cleanest accommodation I've ever stayed in on AIRBNB. Even under the beds. Very quiet, beautiful view with these beautiful mountains. Many activities: walking, tree climbing, kayaking, animal park. Very suitable for young children. Angelines was very kind, available and responsive. We really enjoyed the stay. Both hosts were kind and helpful and very responsive to the messages. The apartament itself had everything we needed including all kitchen amenities, dishwasher, washing machine, cleaning kit etc. The view from the living room and garden was breathtaking and the apartament was furnished and decorated with a very good taste. The apartament was generally very clean and well maintained however a few appliances could do with being repaired/replaced. We relaxed in the hot tub however I am not sure when was the last time it was deep cleaned and serviced. Overall I’d highly recommend staying there and would be very happy to visit again!

The apartment was absolutely lovely. I would highly recommend this apartment. It is in a wonderful location. It is somewhat difficult to access and you need the assistance of the hosts if you have a car. This is because many of the residential roads are blocked off unless you have a pass. . The hosts are wonderful and very accommodating. Again, I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

We had a particularly pleasant week in Marion's beautiful apartment. Michèle and her husband's welcome was perfect, we were able to arrive earlier than expected, which was very useful for us when we arrived on a Sunday morning. I would recommend this apartment, which is among the most remarkable we have occupied. This is a place to remember for a future stay in this beautiful city of Pau.

We had a great stay at Francis' place in Cauterets. The apartment is situated just outside of Cauterets centre (abut 10-15 min walk). This is clearly a 'ski resort' and we were there out of season so everything was very quiet with a number of shops closed, which suited us as we were looking for a quiet 'get-away'. We found it to be a good base from which to visit the most popular and interesting places in the area such as Foret de la Vallee-de-Saint-Savin, Lac du Gaube, Lourdes, Gavarnie and Col du Tourmalet, all of which are well worth a visit. Some truly spectacular scenery! We were there in May and were fortunate with the weather, a little rain, but some fabulous sunny days to see this spectacular scenery. The apartment itself was very clean, warm and comfortable. Francis lives downstairs, so was always available with help and advice should it be required. A very friendly and amenable host!

I would 100% recommend the accommodation and the hosts. Mr and Mrs were very welcoming, with excellent homemade jams. attention to detail, a travel crib had been installed with a small tractor and a small stuffed animal for our 14-month-old child.

We had a great stay at Morgane's place, the apartment is well-equipped and access to the garden is a real plus! The accommodation is well located, it allows you to visit Cauterets on foot and directly access some hikes.
