Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Araguaia River

Second time hosting us, and everything was great. I intend to come back!

The host was very solicitous and kind. The house is exactly what you were looking for, a quiet place close to nature and with nearby markets and center. We did almost everything by foot. We will definitely return more often!

Simple but very well-equipped house, the outdoor area is excellent, wonderful heated pool, very good location. Mr. Pinna has great communication and everything was very easy. Great place to rest and enjoy the city!

The house was extremely clean, from the linens to the household items. The kitchen is very well equipped. They leave everything, even the loofah and detergent for us to wash everything and maintain cleanliness. We didn't want for anything. We were received by Mrs. Dete, a woman who promptly attended to us and explained everything clearly. The pool is very warm, so you can use it even when the weather is cool. The house is very cozy... it makes you want to live there. The space is well divided, the bathrooms supply the guests.. the leisure area is very cool.. it has tables and chairs, umbrella, hammock.. the Rooms have good beds and pillows. The bed linen was very clean and the towels they left were also in great condition and clean. There's TV in the house but we didn't turn it on.. The house is in a very quiet place. You can rest a lot. The garage fits about 3 cars.. It's a place we'll return to!!! Very well maintained! Super We recommend it to everyone!

Super quiet accommodation, very attentive host and all the photos in the listing matched reality. The Condominium is super quiet, everything is very clean and well maintained. Secure entrance and everyone is attentive to who enters or leaves. Super organized toy library, complete fitness center, and a pool that's always clean. Many nearby restaurants, pharmacy and walking park. Overall it was all 100%, I definitely recommend it.

The apartment is beautiful! Well ventilated, large (more than 100m)... My mother has special needs and did not have any problems to move between rooms. And one detail: Everything was very clean! ❤️ Claisson and Lu were excellent hosts! ❤️ The Southeast sector is very large and very close to the Bueno sector. It was a wonderful experience!

Éder's apartment is cozy and has a good location, close to a bakery, pharmacy and restaurants, air-conditioning and showers working well, the condominium's distinguishing feature is the river, warm water until 10:00 p.m., Éder was a great host.

The security of the place is very good, with a 24-hour entrance. The apartment is a consumer's dream, everything is beautiful and wonderful, a great view for a dinner for two. Super recommend!!

This is the second time we've stayed at this location; the apartment is spacious, beautiful, clean and equipped. The condominium is great and quiet; great leisure area, restaurant, toy library and even a basic gym where I managed to work out every day. The location is wonderful, you can do a lot on foot; close to the new Singapura mall, Bar do Simprão, pizzerias, pharmacy, bakery and others. My family and I enjoyed it very much, especially my 3-year-old daughter. I highly recommend it and we intend to return more often.

Talissa is extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Its apartment is very good, clean, spacious, and is located in a region where there are supermarkets, restaurants and is close to parks and shopping malls. The village has 2 easy-to-manage garages. The check-in and check-out were fairly easy. The electronic system of the port of the apto. is practical, as it does not require the use of keys. Anyway, I thank the host and highly recommend the space.
