In the apartment, everything was very good, but we believe that, in relation to the condominium, some points left something to be desired; There is a gym, but the gym is only for the owners, and it is not specified. Clean, spacious, well located, good energy. It's super easy to talk to the hosts. Flávio was 1000 and Jessica was too. They helped me with some setbacks I had. I highly recommend it and when I return to Goiânia I will definitely stay there again!!

The apartment is impeccable, everything is clean and organized, full of details that delight, lights and modern decor, excellent mattresses and clean and fragrant linens. Full kitchen, everything works well, filter with cold water. Livia assisted us whenever we requested, very polite and kind. The apartment is beautiful!! Excellent!!! Exceeded expectations!!! The house is beautiful, well equipped, clean and very welcoming. It had everything we needed both in the kitchen and in the barbecue area. The spacious and very clean rooms. The pool was very good, with the perfect water temperature. We just wanted to stay in the house. It was a wonderful holiday!!! We will go back several times.

We enjoyed three very pleasant days at Rancho Melquiades. We experience remarkable moments with family and friends. A condominium that is easy to find and access. We found all the utensils, appliances and furniture we needed. Spacious, safe place and very close to Lake Corumbá. We took advantage of the pool and the common area to socialize. These were days of great fun, rest and connection with nature. We fished and took several boat rides on the lake, enjoying the beautiful scenery that the place provides us. Samara and her parents were very attentive and helpful, meeting all our demands, quickly and promptly! If we have the opportunity, we'll be back!

My stay was fantastic the hosts are wonderful attentive people, as informed everything was perfect. every time I was in the area and if I have vacated for sure I will stay here and my family.

Great stay, the apartment has all the infrastructure with utensils, electric stove, microwave, which makes it much easier in our case we only had breakfast in the apartment. Clean bathrooms in the second bedroom with a good number of beds and mattresses. Cabinets for storing things are very functional. In the apartment there was a broom, squeegee and floor cloth. I thought this was important because I was traveling with a child and they always end up falling and getting dirty, so we were able to clean the apartment. The condominium is very quiet, great pools, it's quiet, the days were great. Vinicius was extremely kind and polite, he attended to us promptly and we will certainly be back soon.

Cleide is an excellent host. Always attentive and quick to respond. The apartment is very nice and well decorated. Cleide sent me a list of places to go and great restaurants near the building, I didn't even have to go out by car, she sent me to a nearby pharmacy which was very useful, because I forgot to bring some medicine. I go to Caldas a lot, now that I've met Cleide's space and her kindness, this is my favorite place. Thanks for having me. I'll be back soon!
