The flat is located in an excellent area of the city, very new and safe, and better, at a fair value. The common areas are great, the pool has a beautiful view of the city. The apartment offers everything for a comfortable and peaceful accommodation. Layanne is super attentive and helpful responding to all my doubts promptly. It was very worth it!

The apartment is very pleasant, inviting, tastefully decorated, and residents greet you. Lighting helps at night and it is possible to sleep without street lighting interfering with sleep. It was my best experience on Airbnb

We already knew the city but this was the first time in this flat, we really liked the infrastructure, swimming pool, snack bar, parking, the apartment is a good size, with protective screens on the windows, super important for those who have children.

very good apartment, just like the photos, accommodates well up to 4/5 people. Very close to Hot Park and the main street (shops), we walked there every day. Strengths: secure condominium. large and well-equipped apartment. Air-conditioning in both bedrooms and living room. good and very clean bed and bath linens. Next to Hot Park. The only thing missing, in my opinion, was a water filter (even if it was one of those made of clay) and not having a washing machine or even a floor cloth, but these are small details that do not detract from the stay. note: because it was parallel to a main avenue, it was a little noisy sometimes (cars and motorcycles). if you want cost-effectiveness, you can go without fear!

The GPS of the app sent us to a location that had no hotel. Because we don't have the address , we were afraid. I couldn't communicate with the hostess on my cell phone, but we were able to share the other guest. Immediately she answered and gave us the address. It was the only drawback. The accommodation was quiet and corresponds to what was offered.

Letícia's accommodation is for those who want good value for money and friendly, impeccable service. The space is simple, but it matches the advertisement. A place for those who are not attached to luxury, but who want to save a little money and stay at the same time in a good location in Caldas Novas. I was able to do many things on foot, including going to one of the clubs they offer, main points such as the moonlight fair and the playground, you can walk around 5 minutes. I stayed alone and didn't feel uncomfortable at any time. There were moments when some difficulties occurred, but immediately Letícia proposed to adjust. 24-hour concierge and parking, even if limited, I was able to park every day. In addition, it is a simple apartment, but Leticia's cordiality and concern for my stay to occur peacefully made me so comfortable that I felt like I was in a 5-star hotel. I appreciate the service and highly recommend the place.
