Vacation rentals with a home theater in Araguaia River

Very happy for the choice of space. The resort met my expectations and the apartment very comfortable and exactly as in the publication. Indico for hosting and I intend to return.

The apartment matches the listing and was well organized. The only thing is the noise. If it weren't for that, I would say for sure that I would use it again.

The condominium is wonderful and the staff are super attentive and polite. Francinete is an amazing person. Super attentive, polite and dedicated to the comfort of the guests. I recommend it to everyone interested. You can go without fear. Perfect... I'll go again.

My wife and I have stayed at Residencial Casa da Madeira a few times. It was the first time we stayed at this Cleyde unit. The apartment is excellent, as shown in the photos, very clean, air-conditioned in the bedroom and living room. It has a full kitchen (filter with cold water, air fryer, cook top, microwave, among other portable electronics and kitchen items that make the stay easier). The condominium has a family atmosphere, is very organized and well located.

3rd time in the Riviera, always excellent. very well located, and now has many restaurants and even a mall around the place.

Me and my family stayed for 4 days and it was very peaceful, and we had all the freedom. Clean apartment, very organized, with microwave, sandwich maker, blender, toaster, kettle and coffee maker for those who like coffee, great quality TV, air conditioning and everything new and in perfect condition!! It was an amazing experience! I'll definitely be back!

Very kind host. Wonderful apartment, my family and I felt at home, everything was new, everything was clean and very organized. We will definitely go back. Just one negative point about the pools, there was only one hot pool, four cold pools and the other two just warm. Snack bar with good prices, local and amazing, really beautiful!

What a beautiful place.. everyone who was in the house loved it, everything was very tasteful, super-equipped kitchen with great quality utensils. In the rooms, a lot of comfort and coziness with super soft and fragrant bedding. The hosts thought of many details, such as entertainment like a pool table, outdoor cinema, fire pit, in short, several things that we love to use, by the way... Oh, not to mention the river that passes at the back of the house, which you can easily reach by a trail, that's what we went with 2 babies. We certainly recommend it and really want to be able to return.

I gathered friends at the fds for a wedding in Goiânia and we couldn't have better lodging. The house is clean, very well-equipped, especially the kitchen, and the beds are comfortable. The host has always been helpful and provided the necessary support to our group.

My stay was beyond what I imagine. Extremely wide room, many areas in common, privacy and everything very beautiful and clean. Coexistence with the host is spectacular, I highly recommend it.

Excellent stay, cozy accommodation, beautiful and well-kept outdoor area, helpful staff, near the entrance to the water park, we will return more often for sure.

Carlos super attentive,facilitated the checkkin and checkout , very clean apt, only the lid of the vase that is broken ,every day they will clean,provide bed and bath linens,there is a dryer, the pool area very clean ,they change the waters every day,the recreators are great especially Uncle Piupiu,what a top guy, humorous , ensured great laughs and fun. The cons, very far from the center(which for me was not a problem because I don't even want to go there anymore) more for those who always want to visit,it's very far away and there's nothing to do around the hotel. In the apartment there are dishes ,cutlery,glasses, microwave, sandwich maker, blender and coffee maker, but there is no pot,Carlos told me that it was just asking at the reception they provided, no more. So if you want to cook, take everything. He said he could come down with food and snacks, they won't let you. Parking is inside the hotel , but there is no parking space, it has to be where it has and it may only be far from the block
