We stayed at Claude's for 16 days in June. We immediately felt at home. Landlords were very reserved but immediately available when help was needed. - GREAT - It was very clean, also our request to use both bedrooms was not a problem. Claude and his wife are very helpful and pleasant. The accommodation was very quiet and in 30 minutes on foot the old town and in 15 minutes on foot the baker could be reached. The car could be parked directly in front of the entrance - very pleasant when loading and unloading. The area within a 100 km radius offers sooooooo much that you can hardly explore everything in time. The small pool is ideal for cooling off after excursions in the heat.

We loved the apartment. It was spotless and very new. We were very relaxed and close to everything. The private terrace is wonderful. Gildas was very friendly and communication was very simple.

excellent stay, with a beautiful welcome from Eric and his spouse. comfortable accommodation. Very nice pool. this place to stay was unanimous with our three couples. Large shopping area nearby. if you want to visit the city of Carcassonne this is the good place.

Sandrine is a very helpful host, quick to reply to any queries. The property is well located and made us feel very comfortable. Being June the pool was heated and in a very clean condition and the air conditioning was much needed and worked well. Very pleasant and relaxing stay. If we had mobility issues the stairs may have been a problem but that shouldn’t put you off this amazing property and host.

We had a great stay! Upon arrival we were welcomed (even in Dutch!) by Marc. The house and location is even more beautiful than in the photos. Especially the complete kitchen is very useful. Wonderfully quiet area but at a good distance from Carcassonne and many attractions in the area. The swimming pool and the river are perfect for cooling off after a day in the French sun. A very nice place to stay!

We had a fantastic trip, Marie-Cecile & Leonce are the most welcoming and helpful hosts. The apartment is well perfectly situated between the castle and the centre of town with a beautiful garden and close to the river. Couldn't recommend this more.

Magali and Jean Baptist’s annex was beautifully designed. It was the perfect complement to their elegant main home. The little patio had mature vines growing over Roman style columns, providing a delicious secluded shaded area, perfect for evening drinks or a light meal. We had permission to use the little pool which is delightful in the mature garden. The views of the Castle peeked through everywhere. Both the town and the castle were within an easy walk. Very peaceful area and lovely hosts. We wanted to give it 6 stars!

Perfect time; Laetitia is available and very welcoming; the accommodation is spotless and very quiet. In short, a nice place to stay and visit the surroundings. The city is 8 minutes away.

We spent a very good week at Laurence's. A home with all the necessary amenities, in a pretty corner of tranquility, well located between Carcassonne and the Montagne Noire for very beautiful discoveries.

I went with my wife to Erfan's with the desire to get out of the daily grind and be able to settle in a quiet and soothing place to recharge. What a success! A charming place to take a pleasant break and enjoy beautiful views of nature.

We had a wonderful stay at Ingrid’s beautiful home in the medieval village of Caunes-Minervois. The house is spread across three levels, making it both unique and very comfortable… main floor with a cozy living room, equipped kitchen, and a lovely patio. One floor down, a spacious main bedroom with large bathroom. On the lowest level, a guest room, second bathroom, and a laundry, which made our stay even more convenient. It was well-kept, tastefully decorated, and fully stocked. Although Ingrid wasn’t there in person, she was an excellent host. Her friend welcomed us warmly, walked us through the house, answered all our questions, and offered great local recommendations. The village itself is absolutely charming, and this Airbnb truly made our visit extra special. It is perfect for one or two couples, or a family, and had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable trip. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend La Sucre.

The accommodation is located in an old farmhouse that has been tastefully renovated. We were there with our children and often cooked ourselves in the evenings. Therefore, we were very pleased that the apartment was so well equipped for self-catering. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and they gave us good tips for excursions in the area.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the kitchen was extremely well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The host was very friendly and always quick to respond to our messages. We also really enjoyed spending time outside, whether on the terrace or by the pool. We have just returned from 2 weeks here and we had a fantastic time! Iain is so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! The house is ideal and perfectly matches the description! We had two dogs and the fully enclosed garden meant we could fully relax. We had a few days where we were unlucky with the weather so the heated pool was ideal and Iain was kind enough to make it slightly warmer for us! The house is so close to everywhere but still feels so private and quiet. We loved having the peace, but yet having everything we needed on the door step. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Third time we have stayed at Genevieve’s place. A cosy little village house perfect for visiting Carcassonne. Great village bar/restaurant. Genevieve met us to hand over keys.

We had a great stay. Easy instructions to get in and very helpful to have access to the secure parking garage nearby (3 min walk). Really clean in the apartment as well and quiet since it's off the street.

Great & gorgeous location, where one can sleep like a rock, relax and visit wonderful places in the Aude region. The property is well equipped and the outdoor space is secluded and pleasant to sit in + enjoy a fresh dip in the pool. We loved it!!

A very pleasant stay, the accommodation was as described. A peaceful and relaxing little cocoon. Although we seem to be lost in the middle of nowhere, there is a variety of restaurants nearby, which is great and allows you to fully enjoy this sweet break.
