Cosy&comfortable house in citycenter; free parking

A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

The cottage was newly built in 2021 and is located in a beautiful rural wooded area. The roads to the Randstad are a 5-minute walk away, and from there you can get anywhere. Oranjewoud, Giethoorn, Rottige Meente are all within easy reach. But also to Leeuwarden and Groningen are easy to do by car. Plenty of privacy.
