In the cottage you live basic, close to nature in a wonderful hiking and cycling area, in a large, nature-rich place: vegetable garden, just landscaped food forest, flower gardens & pond are ecologically managed. There are a few pets (dog, chickens, running, bees). The refrigerator is underground and the composting toilet an experience in itself. The whole is made as environmentally friendly as possible and an invitation to live simply while respecting nature. There is a wood-burning stove.

Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

Guesthouse "De Cranvogel" The cozy log cabin can be found in the yard of a farmhouse and has its own driveway. Sheltered under a wooden wall, look out towards the Fochtelooërveen and in the beautifully maintained garden. During the summer, the view may be obstructed by the growth of corn or any other crop. The cabin contains a bedroom, bath and living room and the whole can be heated with a wood stove. You can make your own cup of coffee or tea in the log cabin.

The houses in the park are both permanently inhabited and rented out for vacation. You can walk, cycle and mountain bike to your heart's content in the area. Cities such as Assen, Leeuwarden and Groningen are easy to reach. The house is fully and stylishly furnished and invites you to relax with a book by the fireplace.

Welkom in ons unieke tiny house, verscholen in een privébos aan de rand van het charmante Friese dorp Noordwolde. Deze moderne accommodatie is ideaal voor rustzoekers en natuurliefhebbers. Geniet in de zomer van je ruime prive tuin met zitgedeelte, een veranda en een hangmat tussen de bomen. In de winter zit je heerlijk knus binnen bij de houtkachel die de ruimte binnen no-time verwarmd. De tinyhouse is compact maar van alle gemakken voorzien!

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by.
