Vacation rentals with a patio in Apennine Mountains

Ante picked us up from the bus station which was very appreciated. He was responsive with any queries prior to and during our stay. The apartment and everything was clean and new. Lovely decor as per the photos. Lots of storage space. TV in both bedrooms and living room. Great flatscreen TV in lounge. It was a great location. We walked to the old town and restaurants most days (about 20 minutes) with a local grocery shop and Lidl close by. I joined local gym and we found lovely local coffee / drinks bar ‘The Bar’. Both fab. Felt very safe. We found Ubers easy to get and use. Zadar is a beautiful place and Antes place is a great place to stay. We would absolutely return.

Apartament jest przestronny, czysty i wygodny. Wyposażenie obejmuje wszystko co trzeba, było nawet więcej rzeczy niż w opisie. Kontakt z Antoniją był bezproblemowy i bardzo szybki, a wszystkie nasze dodatkowe życzenia zostały zrealizowane. Lokalizacja jest znakomita - plaże, kilka restauracji i sklep w odległości kilku minut spacerem, a jednocześnie jest cicho i spokojnie. Dziękujemy za świetny urlop :)

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem sehr schönen Apartment. Wir fanden alles wie beschrieben vor und die moderaten Bedingungen wurde noch durch den sehr netten Gastgeber der immer freundlich zur Stelle war, getopt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist picobello und von sehr guter Qualität. Es ist geräumiger als man anhand der Fotos meinen würde. Die Atmosphäre ist privat, ungestört und entspannt. Das Beste sind die drei Katzen und der Hund mit dem nicht nur die Kinder ihre Freude hatten. Herzlichen Dank an die tollen Gastgeber.

Die Wohnung ist top! Matej und Nena waren perfekte Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und genauso wie auf den Bildern und in Wirklichkeit sogar größer, als es darauf aussieht. Vom Balkon und durch die Fenster von Wohnzimmer und Esstisch hast du einen wunderbaren Ausblick aufs Meer. Obwohl die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt, ist es dank der Klimaanlage auch im Hochsommer darin nicht zu heiß. Bei unserer Ankunft (bei 39 Grad!) hatte Nena uns die Wohnung bereits klimatisiert übergeben, was nach der langen Autofahrt erst einmal eine Wohltat war. Außerdem war der Kühlschrank mit Getränken für uns befüllt und kleine Snacks standen bereit. So einen Service haben wir vorher noch nicht erlebt! Waschmittel, Kosmetikprodukte, Spülmaschinentabs, alles bereit da! Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 5 min, mit dem Rad brauchst du in die Altstadt vielleicht 20 min. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind direkt in der Nähe der Wohnung. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Pěkné ubytování v klidné části Bašky. Byt menší, ale pro 2 a malé dítě akorát. Blizko pláže, restauracím i promenádě. Majitele jsme nepotkali, ale podle zpráv příjemný a vstřícný našim požadavkům. Určitě bych se sem jeste nekdy vratila.

I was absolutely amazed by the incredible hospitality of the host. The apartment had everything we needed, and even more, for a truly comfortable stay. It was clear that everything was arranged with care and love, making our time in the apartment extremely pleasant. I’m very grateful to Nataša and Branko for their thoughtful attention. I’ve probably never experienced such a high level of service before, and it truly made our vacation special. A huge thank you for welcoming us along with our dog and cat. We are deeply grateful for that! These were truly some of the happiest days of our lives. We are grateful for everything!

Liebe Vesna und Zoran. Vielen Dank für eure warme Gastfreundschaft wir verbrachten wunderschöne Tage bei euch. Die gemeinsame Grillerei war sehr toll, auch euch ein wenig näher kennenzulernen. Vielen Dank dafür und natürlich für den Kräuterschnaps! Wir sehen uns wieder ☀️ Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub erleben will, mit viel Natur und natürlich dem Meer vor der Türe, der ist hier an der richtigen Adresse. Ein Tip von mir: Wer ein Fahrrad mitnehmen kann, dem empfehle ich es zu tun. Es gibt viele kleine Wege am Meer um die ganze Insel kennenzulernen. Auch die Wege zu den Lokalitäten oder zum einkaufen haben wir damit erledigt.

We had the best time in Zadar and Luka and Leti really helped with that. The flat is lovely, super clean, great light and view of the sea from the balcony. The flat is in a peaceful alleyway and less than 5 minute walk from the beach. The hosts were super responsive and even sent us great recommendations for things to do during our stay, great tips for places to eat, the best nearby beaches and nice sightseeing in the area. We loved every minute! We highly recommend staying here and hope to be back. Thank you so much Luka.

Ottimo alloggio, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Torneremo.

Ivan gibt einem das Gefühl, zuhause zu sein. Der Check-In mit ihm war äußerst angenehm da er multilingual agiert [kroatisch, englisch, deutsch] Es waren alle nötigen Hilfsmittel vorhanden und vieles mehr (Kaffeemaschine, Föhn, Netflixzugang, Poolzubehör). Sämtliche Fragen die wir hatten, wurden über Airbnb innerhalb 20 Minuten beantwortet [zb Einkaufsmöglichkeiten] Der komplette Urlaub wurde auf besondere Art abgerundet angefangen bei Der Begrüßungs-Vesperplatte bis hin zu selbstgemachtem Apfelstrudel seiner Frau. Auch zum Abschluss gab es ein tolles Amusement. Wir werden definitv wiederkommen. Als Gäste gekommen, als Freunde gegangen. Wir haben selten so einen aufmerksamen Gastgeber getroffen. Beautiful and secluded but cosy place close enough to Plitvice Lakes. Had all the amenities to have a comfortable stay. My missus loved the coziness and decor of the RA House. Jasna and Ivica provided clear instructions to find the place and whole check in and check out process was seamless. Would love to be back again in the future.

Zwei traumhafte Terrassen unter Zitronen-, Orangen- und Kumquatbäumen und die tolle Lage machen Marias Wohnung einzigartig! Die Unterkunft ist einfach eingerichtet, aber großzügig und mit allem, was man benötigt, auch in der Küche. Es ist herrlich ruhig hier, aber gleichzeitig sind Strandpromenade, Restaurants, der Küstenwanderweg und der Bahnhof nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die eigene, abschließbare Garage ist für alle, die mit dem Auto kommen, ein zusätzliches Highlight. Maria ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie wohnt obendrüber und ist deshalb immer erreichbar. Absolute Empfehlung!

Mali sme skvelý pobyt v tomto apartmáne na ostrove Vir. Apartmán bol jednoduchý, no veľmi čistý a útulný. Výhodou bola skvelá lokalita – blízko pláže, reštaurácií a obchodov, čo nám umožnilo pohodlný prístup ku všetkému, čo sme potrebovali. Goran bol veľmi priateľskí a ochotní, vždy pripravení pomôcť s akoukoľvek otázkou alebo požiadavkou. Celková atmosféra bola pokojná a uvoľnená, ideálna na oddych a načerpanie novej energie. Radi sa sem opäť vrátime! Ďakujeme

Villa eccezionale, abbiamo soggiornato con 2 bambini piccoli e nonostante avessimo prenotato poche ore prima del nostro arrivo c’è stata fatta trovare impeccabile con seggioloni e culle pronte. Super consigliata

Die Wohnung ist hell, geräumig und sehr sauber, genau wie auf den Fotos. Es gibt viele gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Branka und Ihre Mutter waren immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und unheimlich freundlich. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

Fantastic apartment in a brilliant location, so close to the Duomo and high street. The apartment had everything we needed and more, making our stay effortless. Super clean and the thoughtfully equipped. The hosts are outstanding, great at communicating and couldn’t do enough for us, even recommending local restaurants and checking in to make sure we were all settled. We stayed there with two little kids and it was perfect. We would totally recommend and will be staying here again. We have recommended to family and friends already!

L'alloggio ha corrisposto alle nostre aspettative, è fedele alla descrizione, curato nei suoi particolari e Patrizia è davvero molto attenta, disponibile e presente per venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti e risolvere piccoli problemi che possono verificarsi (come una ruota forata). L'appartamento è bene equipaggiato e quindi già perfetto, anche per il soggiorno estivo. Inoltre ci sono a disposizione le biciclette, utilissime, in una settimana non abbiamo mai spostato l'auto: il centro di sbt e il lungomare si raggiungono in pochi minuti con le bici. Ci è piaciuto davvero tutto, il suprlus lo fa poi sicuramente Patrizia, presente, gentile ma non invadente. Davvero tanti tanti tantissimi complimenti! E' raro trovare una host così attenta e un appartamento così ben tenuto ed equipaggiato! Se ne avremo la possibilità torneremo senz'altro! grazie

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön und alles war so, wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist wirklich super, sowohl der Strand als auch Portovenere sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Direkt in Portovenere gehen wunderbare Wanderwege los, das Auto braucht man also kaum...Die Garage ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt! Die Kommikation mit Nicoletta war sehr einfach und sie hat vorab alle wichtigen Informationen gegeben. Nach ein paar Tagen durften wir einfach so in ein Apartment mit traumhaftem Meerblick und Blick auf die Bucht umziehen, was wir wirklich super nett und nicht selbstverständlich fanden. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen und unseren Urlaub hier verbringen! :)

Giovanni was an incredible host! Highly communicative, incredibly kind, and highly considerate. His recommendations were wonderful, and he worked extensively with us when we had personal travel issues. His home is in the perfect location, with gorgeous views and a five minute walk from the train station. This may be my favorite place I have ever stayed, could not recommend more!!!!

sabrina is an excellent host, it was very easy to communicate with her and her place was great! very close to the airport

Anja war sehr nett und Freundlich. Einfacher Check-in u. Out. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, neu und Modern. Sehenswürdigkeiten von Pula waren zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. (ca.30min) Kann man nur weiter empfehlen. :)

La casa è in zona riservata e silenziosa e in un residence molto tranquillo fornito di tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Il mare dista 5 minuti a piedi ed è possibile scegliere tra lido privato e spiaggia libera. La Piscina del residence è a 1 minuto a piedi dall’alloggio, così come il bar e il market e la lavanderia a gettoni. Posto auto non assegnato ma sempre disponibile all’interno della struttura! Il centro storico di Castiglione della Pescaia è raggiungibile a piedi in 10/15 minuti ma personalmente consiglio una bici (noleggiabile all’interno del Residence) per agevolare gli spostamenti e soprattutto per evitare il parcheggio dell’auto (introvabile ad agosto). L’Host Jacopo è stato sempre presente, davvero disponibilissimo e gentilissimo per quanto concerne consigli e suggerimenti ed ha risolto in 2 ore la rottura di un elettrodomestico, sostituendolo prontamente..A sue (care) spese! Sicuramente in futuro ritornerei a scegliere Jacopo e la sua casa! Grazie Mille!
