Suite Frida independent annex 2 steps from the sea

The suite is in the back of the main house and overlooks the common garden. It is 50 m from the beach, 5 minutes from the Rimini fair and 4 minutes from the center. It has a private entrance, 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with French sofa bed, a table, TV with Sky, kettle, milk boiler, capsule coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator and freezer. There is no kitchen!! We have a dog, Frida, who is good and affectionate, so the suite is only suitable for those who love dogs as the outdoor space is shared.

Highway To Hell

It’s an extremely bright and specious 4 star apartment for real hedonists. Everything is only few minutes away: beaches, centre, sport centre, ambulance, post office, bank, bars, restaurants etc. You can enjoy on our big terrace with a great view on the sea and old town or just cool yourselves, inside the apartment, using air conditions. Although, we do have WiFi, TV and satellite, don’t use it a lot, you can do that at home, rather spend time grilling some fishes on our, outside, barbecue.

My wife and I visited Francesca's place for 4 nights and I will just say that it's amazing. The view was spectacular and the walk into the city was not too bad. there is a bus stop right outside her road that also goes into the city, but make sure you read about how to pay for the bus before you take it. We rented a car to take through Tuscany but cannot recommend taking a car into the city. it's difficult to navigate and the streets are very small, most of the time only 1 car width. It's a beautiful 45 minute walk into the city but be prepared for steep cobblestone streets. They have 2 very sweet dogs which we looked forward to playing with when we got back to the AirBnB after a long day of walking or driving. Fantastic experience, will be coming back!

Between sea and mountain, a small peaceful oasis where it's good to rest. We had a lovely stay in this picturesque hamlet with a great view. To cool off, a 10-minute walk to a stream and a beautiful beach 10 minutes by car. Stéphanie and François are very welcoming, available and attentive. A nice break for two.

We stayed for 2 weeks at Ivo's place and had a wonderful holiday there. The apartment is very well-designed, cozy, and comfortable. You will find everything you need. The pool was a real must during the hot summer days, and the children loved it. By the way, they're adding a gym next to the pool, making it a real draw for sporty travelers. Additionally, the location is ideal: the charming and vibrant medieval district, the nearest beach, the shops, and the restaurants are just a few steps away from the apartment. Krka National Park, the Wall of Oštrica, the beach at Grebaštica, and many other landmarks and attractions are also nearby. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to explore the region and enjoy the charm of Croatia.

I cannot express how beautiful and spotless Nadia's Airbnb is! Our stay at her place was perfect, and we were sad that we had only booked to stay one night, we will definitely be returning one day, and recommend to anyone wanting a quiet getaway, with the most comfortable bed, and spacious 'apartment'. Nadia was an amazing host, very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed, she also accommodated our early arrival which was very helpful. We had a language barrier, however Nadia was a whizz on Google translate. She brought us delicious pastries and coffee for our breakfast, which we ate in her stunning and private large garden. The Airbnb is on the outskirts of a small village, which we walked up to, it only took 5 minutes. We walked to the very top and went to the ghost town, which I highly recommend if you're able to walk it! The views at the top were utterly breath-taking. Value for money is amazing for this place, all I can say is get it booked!

We had a wonderful week! We felt very comfortable in the tastefully furnished and super-equipped apartment. With the fantastic panorama over the hills of Tuscany, a view to the sea and to Pisa, we were able to relax superbly. Tamara gave us good tips and recommendations for nearby excursions. Many thanks to the two hosts Tamara and Roger. We highly recommend La Vitaverde and would be happy to come back!

This place really is perfect. We were astonished at how Martina and her mother had gone to such trouble to think of every little detail of someone staying there. In addition to the 5 star review I have already given in relation to location, cleanliness etc I have also to mention with thanks the wonderful additional extras that we were so grateful to have and made our stay perfect. For an AirBnB to provide a choice of breakfast and snack items is so unusual and so welcoming. The items of food left for guests even provided us with enough food to provide lunch for our onward long journey which we were so grateful for. Thank you Martina and your Mum for really showing you cared about the guests staying. You gave us such a wonderful impression of Elba on our first stay that we cannot wait to return again. Many thanks and for anyone reading this do not hesitate to choose this wonderful apartment.

Very quiet accommodation, pretty veranda overlooking the green garden, very well hosted by Jean-Paul and Maryline, very attentive while being present as needed. Some nice little touches show that they like to host and share a little bit of Corsica with us. Highly recommended property where you want to come back to.
