Beautiful rustic fully modernised 1 bedroom house with the most incredible views and huge terrace with hot tub, outdoor shower and grill. Perfect, private, idyllic and romantic. Fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and central heating. House consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and living space with a sofa bed on upper floor with a spiral staircase taking you to a hallway, double bedroom and shower room. Terraces on both levels. Huge garden with fruit trees and an amazing private terrace.

In the cozy, independent chalet, surrounded by greenery, you can enjoy the relaxation and tranquility of a family and serene environment. 15 minutes from the sea, 30 minutes by car from the center of Rome, 20 minutes from Fiumicino airport. Supermarkets, shops, bars, great restaurants and a large equipped park nearby, a few meters away from a sports center with a swimming pool and spa. My family and I live nearby, but the house is totally independent. Check-in is possible after 4 p.m.

My accommodation is less than 1km from the center of Forio, from the public transport that connects Forio with all the other municipalities. The nearest beaches are Cava on the island, Citara where there is also the Poseidon thermal park, Chiaia. 100 meters away is a kiosk with a descent to the sea for breakfast lunch and amazing sunset aperitifs! The village is well served, shops, supermarkets, fish market,bar,pubs and restaurants! Ideal for a couple's stay!
