Vacation rentals with breakfast in Apennine Mountains

I had a wonderful experience with Mirco, kind and always ready to fulfill my requests. He had to wait for my arrival, several times postponed for some of my unforeseen events. Breakfast food, plentiful and for all tastes. Very pleasant temperature inside the property, despite the fact that there were 0° outside. Perfect bathroom and comfortable bed. Hidden gem - I wish we would’ve planned a longer stay!!! Such a great Italian cabin in the woods, offering peace and calm and the healing power of nature. Every morning we awoke on our own - no traffic, a few birds, and the shutters kept the light out! We loved the old antique feeling of an updated WiFi home away from home.

I travel professionally and use AirBnB literally everywhere I go. I guess that makes me something of a "power user". So when I say that Pier Nicola's home and service are as good as good can get, believe me! The quality and aesthetic of the fit out is matched, even surpassed, by true care and hospitality that goes way beyond the norm you would expect. Having vouchers for coffee and a pastry from the amazing bar/pasticceria, literally across the street, was a unique joy. But receiving a follow up message on my phone with a beautiful photograph of the piazza taken at night was the cake and the cherry. Suffice to say, this accommodation comes HIGHLY recommended. Bravo Pier Nicola - you're one of a kind!

The home was absolutely beautiful. It was better than the pictures, we really felt at home. Maria was a lovely host, she was very responsive, helpful and kind. The location was perfect, it was a quiet private area with the ability to walk all the way down to the Amalfi Coast. It was nice to be away from the busy areas but still in close proximity. There were delicious restaurants walking distance from our accommodation. The views were spectacular and we would definitely visit and stay here again! Maria thank you again for everything.

2 night stay with children in an oasis of calm. Fantastic hosts with great communication, helpful recommendations and the most generous complimentary items I have experienced. A perfect location to explore amazing and vibrant Naples yet sleep in peace and wake up to the sound of birds. We loved Naples and the pizza really is that good. Highly recommended and a 10/10 stay and experience.

a small home ideal for discovering the Matese and its landscapes. The apartment is located in a small typical alley. You have to leave the car on the main street, but it's not too far away. the views are stunning from the windows. It's perfect to go to Lake Matese

Clara was an incredible host! She made us feel right at home, and the apartment was identical to the listing. My wife and I spent several hours on the terrace during our stay, enjoying the Tuscan weather, writing postcards, and drinking coffee. Could not have asked for a better stay in San Gimignano. If we are ever in the area again, we will surely reach out and try to book again!

a beautiful, one-of-a-kind Airbnb. would highly recommend to any couples. LOVED the snacks and amenities LOVED the full body shower My only critique is the hot water heater is small and could not fill the tub or last more than 15min or so of a hot shower so we were not able to enjoy the tub. very comfortable bed one of the coolest airbnbs I've ever stayed.

Laura’s ‘Tiny House’ was perfect! I was looking for a cozy place at close proximity to the Rome airport (FCO - Fiumicino) and to the waterfront. Laura’s house was just right, and is fewer than 5 minutes from the airport. The house was very clean, secure, and has a nice veranda from which to relax. I’d definitely come back on my next trip to Rome. Ciao for niao, Laura!

Communication with the host was immediately excellent and friendly, Chiara is helpful and kind. Check-in was flexible in terms of time, which was very convenient. The apartment is very nice, equipped with everything you need, and is located in an excellent neighborhood, well served and with the subway within walking distance in a couple of minutes. Ideal for getting around the city. Super recommended!

A very large, comfortable, clean apartment, equipped with every comfort, in a beautiful villa with garden in a residential area, with nearby parks to walk the dog. By car 10 minutes from the center, great location! I highly recommend it!

I had the pleasure of staying at the B&B Abbondanza during my visit to Naples and I can say with certainty that it was one of the best places I have ever been in terms of value for money. The environment is warm and welcoming, perfect for feeling at home even when away from home. The location is convenient, allowing you to easily reach the most interesting points of the city. The cleanliness is impeccable, a detail that really makes the difference and makes the stay extremely pleasant. Another strong point is the clear and detailed instructions received from the owner: they made me feel comfortable from the first moment and made check-in and the stay very easy. Very nice B&B, the location was perfect, right in the centre of the town. A breakfast with many delicious options and nice hiking tips. When we were visiting it was a bit the end of the season and we were struggling to find a boat trip from Maddalena. Fabrizio and Jessica helped us by calling some people they knew and the next day we were sailing on a catamaran to all the islands around:) Thanks for all!

Beata is the best hostess, she was very caring and hospitable. The room itself is also very nice with a wonderful view from the balcony. I hope I'll come back here again.

Rosa and her husband had been the best host I’ve ever stayed with really communicative and helpful and the room that I’ve had it had some awesome views I wish I could of have stayed an extra day or two, Rosa’s husband was Abel to pick us up and dropped us off to the piano station really helpful the breakfast it’s not 10 points but it’s 1000 points highly recommend staying with Rosa.

We only stayed one night, we immediately felt at home!! Excellent hospitality and flexibility in check-in and check-out times!! Breakfast puts wings on your feet❤️ Super clean house and attention to detail. What can I say... we'll be back soon!!

In trouble at the airport following a flight cancellation, I had to find a place to stay within walking distance. Colette's accommodation is a 20-minute walk away and easily accessible. Colette is charming and very welcoming. And the pizzeria on the ground floor is very good.
