Impeccable house. Clean and organized. Dona Sonia left everything ready and as soon as we arrived she welcomed us, showed us the house and guided us on all the points and amenities around. In addition, she was always available and ready to help with everything.

The house is excellent! We went in 8 people and we were totally comfortable. There is comfortable space for two cars in the garage and the neighborhood is very quiet. I didn't know the city, but I thought it was good because in the nearby neighborhoods there are shops and restaurants that are open late at the weekend. Getting by car, it is approximately 15 minutes from the Sanctuary of Aparecida. Samanta was very helpful and his father, Claudio, was super attentive, helpful and concerned about our experience at all times. I highly recommend it, and hope to come back more often!

It was our first experience at Daniel's house. We were with two children and an elderly woman; extreme ages that are demanding. The rooms are airy, good mattresses. A place without any noise, at no time of the day. The kitchen is well equipped, refrigerator, freezes well; our beer was just right! The internet is excellent, it didn't crash at all. The demand was very high because there were two people in the home office, the children with the videos and my mother with her soap operas. Excellent! We got along well with our cars, without complications. We enjoyed the pool the first moment we arrived, it was delicious! But… as we went to visit the Basilica and our Santinha, the next dives will be for another opportunity!

Our stay was wonderful!! The apartment was super clean and smelled good when we arrived. Communication with the host was excellent and she was very attentive. The rooms are large and well structured. We will certainly think about an upcoming stay in this same location. Only the parking space is a little challenging for those with a big car lol.

We went to the National Sanctuary of Aparecida and other places of religious tourism in the city. We were by car. The location is also excellent, with easy access to everything I needed. Impeccable apartment, all well-maintained and clean. Well-equipped. Great private outdoor area for a BBQ. Smart TV in the living room and conventional in the bedroom. Great air conditioning fixtures. Cooled Water Filter, Air Fryer. Extra bed and single sofa under the double bed. The condo is very nice, great swimming pool, great parking, toy library, indoor heated pool, game rooms. And with great ease of going to the beach and return with showers for removal from the sand. I recommend.

All perfect, the flat is a grace, Carla super requests, the polite and helpful staff, we will return with certainty, and recommend it to everyone. The only caveat is for those who go with the elderly and children, evaluate the ladder, it is narrow snail type.

We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we loved the location of the house, close to the beach we were able to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in getting around, the house accommodated 07 people very well, the pool and barbecue area are great, condominium and quiet, we missed the Air fry, and washing machine would help, but we already knew it didn't have it, but everything else was the same as the listing, Gisele and André are super attentive, always answered me and helped quickly, thank you for the attention until next time.

The hostess was super attentive, helped us with a lot of information about the beaches and surroundings. The house was clean, smelling and comfortable, the pools of the condominium are great, has air-conditioned for children, the adult one has a good depth even for taller people.
