Maria Augusta's apartment was impeccable, close to a large supermarket and shopping shops, easy access. Very spacious and beautiful. Maria Augusta always very helpful and very responsive. I will definitely return to this accommodation back to Aparecida.

Everything is perfect from the first contact. Mrs. Néia treated us with enormous affection. At the time of check in, she was putting the finishing touches on the house to welcome us. The cleanliness was perfect and the smell of cleanliness of the house was very nice. The house is big, has lots of beds, the kitchen is complete and the TV room was a place where we loved to stay. I need to mention the neighborhood, which is made up of older people, who my kids loved stopping to talk. In the streets, there are a lot of kitties and puppies, which my kids also loved. On the corner, towards the basilica, 200 meters from the residence, there is a place that sells delicious roasted chicken and also mini pizzas. Excellent service and family service. You can easily walk from the residence to the market and also to the basilica. There was a day when we made this round trip 3 or 4 times and we were with two children and an elderly woman. Anyway, we only have to thank Mr. Ivo (who we did not have the opportunity to meet) and Ms. Nia, who was a student in our lives. We recommend everyone and God willing, we will stay with them in a next opportunity.

The owner of the house is super attentive, whenever necessary she responded to us with great attention. The house is very good, we were super comfortable, clean house, close to supermarket, basilica and shops, as well as gas station. My family and I highly recommend the facilities. Solange is wonderful. Attentive, helpful, as well as Mr. Eduardo, her husband. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, close to the fair and the Sanctuary. We went to the Pilgrim's Space, we did the Rosary Way and we went to the Itaguaçu port, we did everything on foot. The house is very cozy, it felt like home. We are delighted with the place, we are sure we will return and we recommend it to everyone who needs it.

A great person, communicative, gave directions to the best places for tours, took me to the supermarket, the place was extremely clean and fragrant, great mattresses, pillows, towels and even left some soaps and toothbrushes in case we needed them, one of the best places we've stayed. An excellent apartment and a great jacuzzi. I'll come back more often for sure!! It easily accommodates 9 people.
