I want to leave my review of this wonderful apartment, the best I've ever stayed in Ubatuba, extremely organized, clean, incredible decoration, thought out in every detail, I felt at home, I didn't even want to leave, I'm still in ecstasy with the accommodation, the best choice of my life ❤️

Jorge is very attentive, he answered us whenever we need. The place is cozy (the bed and pillows VERY comfortable), clean, organized. He thought of utensils that some hosts do not provide such as: washer and dryer, dryer, iron, and that I believe have made a huge difference.

Wonderful apartment, everything perfect, brand new as advertised... Markets and restaurant close to the place... only the deck upstairs was under maintenance, but you could use the pool normally... Samantha always responded quickly... we thank you and will be back soon

Our stay was great, the flat is good, excellent location very close to the Grande, Tenório and Toninhas beaches, easy parking garage, near the edge of Itaguá where the restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, supermarkets, Shoping, etc...

Very good place with an amazing view and walkable distance to shops and restaurants. Not very accessible if you have any mobility problems but if you don't this place is great! Elaine is very good host, responsive and have good local knowledge and tips. Would stay there again.

Our stay was unbeatable. The kitchen was clean and complete, the bathrooms sparkling, the living room spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need to spend a few days on the beach in the best way. Catia is a great host, always attentive to what we need. The accommodation is pleasant, in constant contact with nature. It is very convenient to access the beach and a few blocks from the small shopping center. I definitely recommend the place.

We spent 4 days at the house and it was wonderful! The house is cozy, clean and very complete, has all the necessary kitchen utensils and basic items such as salt, sugar and olive oil, beach amenities such as chairs, umbrella, cooler, surfboards and beach tennis rackets, hairdryer… everything you need! In addition, the house is well located, arriving within 10 minutes in the center and also on the beach. Virginia was super helpful but we had no doubts because everything is very well explained, there are clear instructions in all rooms. We loved it so much and hope to be back soon!

The house is very nice and comfortable, it looks the same as the photos and the published descriptions. Thiago is very friendly and helpful. It's a place to go by car because it's a little far away. The neighborhood beach is beautiful.

The house is very good, the hostess provided all the necessary support and the lady who tidies the house is wonderful. I think only a few rules would need to be revised, such as staying indoors without shoes in the cold of Campos is impossible. Or how you can't sleep on top of a blanket... so if you're disorganized, I don't suggest this house, THERE ARE MANY RULES! But they were good at keeping the place in order, which is not lacking in anything. The house is really good, beautiful and well-equipped. Otherwise, our stay was great.

We had an amazing stay! The house is spectacular, modern, clean and spacious. Top location in Itamambuca, 1 min away from the beach. It was everything we were looking for and more. Fabiana is very attentive and cooperative she was always available to assist with any request. Fantastic experience!

The house is very well-equipped, everything works (showers, lights, air conditioning, TV) and super clean. The location is excellent: in front of the path that leads to the beach, in less than 5 minutes on foot you arrive. The comments here about the noise of cars on the street did not bother us: it is a slight movement when leaving the beach. At night, it is silent. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children and everything went super well! Communication with Carol is great and we had a great stay! We left the night before check-in just to escape the holiday traffic, otherwise we would have stayed longer! Recommended!

We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. The condominium has a leisure area with a soap pool. Gratidão Lais for providing us with wonderful days in your coverage.

Impeccable, extremely clean and organized apartment. Modern and beautiful. Worth every penny, beach view and several restaurants, markets and pharmacy nearby.

Marcos' accommodation is fantastic, all brand new and very well equipped and decorated. The building had even the availability of some essential items, such as cleaning products, soap and seasonings such as salt, sugar and others. Everything very well planned for greater guest comfort. Marcos is super attentive, always connected, responded to messages quickly. The property's location is easy to reach and close to the center or exits to any neighboring city. The region is spectacular. For those who do not know the surrounding of the Serra da Mantiqueira, it is worth knowing! And staying with Marcos makes the experience even more memorable! Another point to value is the cost benefit. Pindamonhangaba is a centralized city, which favors a quick turn to Campos de Jordão, Aparecida, Santo Antônio do Pinhal, etc at a much more economical cost. I just have to thank and recommend! Score 10!

The apartment deserves 6 stars, we had beautiful days there. The view from the balcony is charming, and we were able to contemplate the sunrise every day. The Perfect View of the Sea! It was a very special experience. The site is extremely like the photos, it met our expectation, it was super quick to communicate with the owner who kindly gave us all support when we needed it. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, pleasant environment, with all kitchen utensils, water drinking fountain, linens, etc... was a perfect stay! The condominium is super safe and the place really privileged. Besides the condominium is one of the most beautiful and charming in the region!

Above expectations! The apartment is well above the level we have in Ubatuba. Two great suites, very good living room, kitchen and balcony. New and working equipment. Great level Resort Structure! Excellent location a few steps from Enseada beach. Finally the Gi was fantastic in its service from booking to ô checkout. Congratulations!! We will always return!!👏👏👏
