Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Aparecida

We traveled for a 3-day stay in Ubatuba on the last holiday of Holy Week and had a great experience. The apartment is exactly the same as the photos, it was extremely clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and the washer and dryer that helped me a lot. Junio anticipated our check-in at 1:30 a.m., we can store our bags and already go enjoy Praia Grande. As the apartment is in Itaguá, we took the opportunity to get to know Rua Guaraní at night and there are all kinds of shops, from good restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shop, etc; It is also close to the Shopping Mall and the Ferris Wheel. During the day we took the opportunity to visit beaches that I did not yet know in Ubatuba (Praia do Lázaro and Prumirim), we went by car, but it is very easy to access by Rio Santos. My 8-year-old daughter loved it, she wanted to stay in the apartment and on the beach. Thank you very much Junio for the reception and for clarifying all our doubts.

We had a great stay, the apartment is great, as are the photos. I highly recommend it, we stayed 4 nights, but I would like to stay a month, we really felt at home.

We had a great stay at the apartment, which met our needs as advertised. The apartment has a well-equipped and functional kitchen (balcony and indoor). The condominium is spacious, has a large and very nice swimming pool, provides the ice to take things to the beach. Sander was attentive and answered all my questions. Everything was excellent from start to finish! We enjoyed every minute and felt at home. On rainy days, we took advantage of the pools. I was able to do laundry in the laundry room. The Moringa, Alecrim and Okone Sushi restaurants won my heart and stomach. We took a speedboat ride. In short, I am passionate about Ubatuba and Tenório Beach. We rented Dirce's apartment to spend the holiday and it was a thankful surprise. We were in 6 people and we all loved the apartment. It is very close to Praia Grande, and it is possible to walk to the beach. It is also a very large, comfortable, clean and equipped apartment. We found everything working. The owner was also very accessible by returning us to messages very quickly and Priscila who delivers the keys was also very helpful. Everything is great and without any complaints to be made. I recommend it to everyone!

This is my second time staying in this house. The place is great for those who have young children. My 5-year-old daughter loves to go play in the pool with waterfall. The garden is very nice. The place is clean, the furniture, bedding and all kitchen utensils are of great quality. I intend to return again next year.

My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

I and my family loved the place. After 14hrs of road due to traffic, all we wanted was for the house to be perfect. More than compensated, everything working perfectly, the house looks like a movie mansion. The noise of the river, the peace of the place and the quiet neighborhood improved what was already perfect. I recommend and sure if you ever return to Maranduba, it will be in this paradise.

We loved Charles place. Having multiple pools and the gym within the compound made a huge difference to our holidays. The flat was really clean and has everything you need for your holidays. Also we close proximity to the shops and restaurants meant we didn't drive at night. You do have to drive to the beaches and the most beautiful ones we're only about 25min away, so again great location! We will definitely be back. Thanks Charles!

The apartment deserves 6 stars, we had beautiful days there. The view from the balcony is charming, and we could watch the sunrise every day. The perfect view of the sea! It was a very special experience. The place is exactly as shown in the photos, it met our expectations, communication with the owner was super fast, and he kindly gave us all the support we needed. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, pleasant atmosphere, with all kitchen utensils, water cooler, bed linens, etc... it was a perfect stay! The condominium is super safe and the location really privileged. In addition to the condominium being one of the most beautiful and charming in the region!
