This quaint village house is located high up in the pretty hillside village of Rodes. Rodes rests in the Languedoc Roussillon/Pyrenees-Orientales region of France where Mount Canigou dominates the skyline. A 30 minute drive takes you to Perpignan and the stunning Mediterranean coast. The house has breath taking views of Mount Canigou from the rooftop terrace and can comfortably sleep up to 4 persons. It has a private garage, free WIFI and two bikes available for guests to use. On the ground floor is the walk through garage and a utility area with a washing machine. The two bedrooms are on the first floor. The 2nd floor offers open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen and an area for relaxing and eating. From here you access the sunny outdoor terrace and the mezzanine bathroom. The house and the area are perfect for a relaxing get away from it all holiday. Nearby is a village shop and easy access to the main road between Perpignan and Andorra. The village of Vinca is within walking distance and you can swim, relax and sunbathe on the shores of the crystal clear lake. Maison Mimosa is located in an exceptionally picturesque area ideal for walking and mountain biking as well as a visit to the world reknowned hot springs at Thomas Les Bains. During the winter season, the nearest slopes are just a 45 minute drive away. The 50 euros rate per night is negotiable dependent on number of guests, number if nights booked and the season. The nature of this area offers mountain lakes, vineyards, wine tastings, hiking routes, cycling routes and Cathar castles. Mediterranean: about 35 minutes' drive. Barcelona : about 2 hours drive.

Grenache le corsé mordoré qualified at 4 Named after the very popular grape variety, of which delicious red wine is made in our region. The apartment (66m²) is comfortable and suitable for one to four people. The views from the salon and from the terrace are breathtaking. Grenache has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom is on the lower floor, the second one on the upper floor. Both bedrooms have a bathroom with walk-in shower and a washbasin.

Apartment located in the beautiful village of Ansignan, many walks and hikes are possible in the area. This nice apartment is located on the outbuilding of the house on the 2nd floor. Not accessible and not equipped for people with reduced mobility. Don't hesitate to contact me for more information. About 25 min from the Galamus Gorges and 10 min from the Ansignan Aqueduct.
