I highly recommend Podere Sasso Antico , a beautiful farmhouse renovated with good taste ( not the usual "rustic furniture") The pleasure of being on top of the mountain , with wide views, a breathtaking view, silence and starry nights and enjoying the sea by day, Baratti and surroundings, which can be reached in no time. Susanna is a welcoming and caring host, she will give you a lot of information , and Peppe (their dog) is adorable. The dirt road climbs into the woods but Susanna offers her off-road ( if you don't have a proper car) and this becomes a fun experience. Will definitely be back!!! Thank you Susanna 🤗

I stayed in Alessandra's apartment with my husband and my brothers-in-law with the intention of visiting the area. Perfect accommodation for 4, with two bathrooms that gave each couple their own privacy. Everything comfortable and very clean, with many details that made our stay easy and very pleasant. The terrace overlooking the countryside and the lake is very enjoyable and a real poem. It was a very pleasant stay in every respect!

Excellent accommodation close to the sea. The house absolutely corresponds to the photo, modern repair and design, there are all necessary things for a comfortable stay (towels, washing machine, mosquito net, air conditioners, washing liquids, iron). My partner and I stayed for a week with our medium-sized dog. A relaxing stay, spacious and well-stocked house and the garden is the strong point! Besides us, our dog also enjoyed it so much. Antonio and his wife are really kind and helpful, always ready if needed Beautiful stay!

Susanna gave us an excellent welcome. The house surrounded by nature is beautiful and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. The large, fenced garden is perfect for four-legged friends who can play free and worry-free. The quiet area sheltered from traffic gives guests the right relaxation. The center is less than a 5-minute drive or can be reached on foot by taking a nice walk in the green of the Maremma. Amenities - such as supermarkets and clubs - are also less than 5 minutes away. Excellent.

I recommend this apartment to visit the Val d 'Orcia , the apartment is large and clean, nearby there are several shops, and the host Francesca is very helpful

Very pleasant house to stay in, extremely quiet, with superb views of Lake Trasimeno. It is excellently located, since in 30 to 60 minutes by car you can also be in Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Siena and so many other beautiful cities. And, for those who prefer to walk or cycle, the lake tour is almost 60 km! Last but not least, Sergio is very friendly, full of attention but at the same time very discreet, and as a man of culture he will give you all the information you would like. We were guests of Ms. Enrica for 4 days from August 24, 2024 to August 27, 2024, we were immediately welcomed by Ms. Enrica who led us to her very clean apartment and located in a central area (near the port). A beautiful experience and definitely to be repeated

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Really wonderful place. Antonia is a fantastic host and provided us with really helpful instructions to find the Airbnb which is tucked away on the hill side. The views are incredible and there is everything you need both in the flat and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to come back.

Amazing place with even more amazing hosts!

We had a lovely time at Elena's and felt very comfortable. Elena and Luca are very helpful and always available. Very quiet environment, there is only one car passing by every few minutes. Close to beautiful beaches and Tuscan villages. But you need a car to get to the place and get around. Beautiful, well-kept garden with barbecue and herbs for cooking. Next door is a 2nd apartment with which the terrace is shared, a kind of privacy screen would be nice here (e.g. a plant) and opaque curtains in the bedroom so that you can sleep with the window open - both but only small things, otherwise everything was great! We would book here again :)

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

It was really like being at home, both for us and for our dog who loved the large garden and the company of the very sweet Buddy. Luca and his family are really kind and caring and the location is really great for those looking for tranquility and practicality in reaching the most beautiful points of Lake Bolsena.

Everything worked out just fine. Location is great, close to the large, wide sandy beach. Approximately 10-minute walk to the center of Marina. Shopping and restaurant visits are easy without a car. Larger shopping centers/sights for alternative programs easily accessible by car. Apartment clean and well maintained, in a quiet residential area with plenty of green space within walking distance. Everything necessary is available in the apartment. Parking is available right in front of the house. Thanks Roberta for the nice 14 days at your apartment

Absolutely stunning, beautiful place. The pictures don’t do it justice. I’ve never stayed so close to the sea before and the view from my bedroom every morning was incredible. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. On the ground floor there was not only a supermarket but also a cafe. Within walking distance were also great restaurants such as the Taverna di Pulcinella, ice cream cafe Ricci, etc. Thanks to the available tumble dryer and the machine, we were able to hang a load of laundry on the balcony to dry. In the existing kitchen you can certainly cook well, all the necessary utensils are available and the fridge offers plenty of space (only bottle compartment is missing in the door). I'd love to come back ☀️

The house is in a reserved and quiet area and in a very quiet residence equipped with all the basic services. The sea is a 5-minute walk away and you can choose between private beach and free beach. The residence's Pool is a 1-minute walk from the property, as well as the bar and market and laundromat. Unassigned parking spot but always available inside the property! The historic center of Castiglione della Pescaia can be reached on foot in 10/15 minutes but I personally recommend a bike (rentable inside the Residence) to facilitate travel and above all to avoid parking of the car (not possible in August). Host Jacopo was always present, very helpful and very kind in terms of advice and suggestions and resolved the breakdown of an appliance in 2 hours, promptly replacing it...at his (dear) expenses! I would definitely go back to choosing Jacopo and his home in the future! Thank you very much!

A beautiful stay in Punta Ala, the apartment was as described: functional, tastefully renovated and a few steps from the port of Punta Ala, in a really quiet and well-maintained residential setting. The veranda was really enjoyable. Lucia was very kind and available for any case. It was a pleasure, we hope to be back next year.

The apartment matches the description. The strengths are the proximity to the center and all amenities, unpaid parking near the property, and especially the terrace. We happily spent a lot of time on the terrace, breakfast, and dinner. The kitchen has everything you need, with a large dishwasher. The stay was great. We hope to be back soon!
