Annamaria sent an email with lots of really useful info ahead of our stay and check-in was very easy. She was also responsive to messages and friendly, the perfect Airbnb host - thank you Annamaria. The place itself is almost beyond description - it felt to us like our own piece of paradise. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and having our own private bathing-rock to swim from was really special. We cannot wait to return.

We highly recommend staying here. The house is fantastic and the apartment in it allows you to feel the atmosphere of the town. We had a very nice time there. The terrace is definitely an asset of this place. Simona hosted us wonderfully, she was very nice and very helpful. The contact was always very smooth and pleasant, we felt very cared for. The house and yard were very beautiful! If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful stay in the country, this is the place to go. The place doesn't have a whole lot of modern conveniences. it feels more old fashioned which was exactly what I wanted for our trip to Italy:)

Traveling by motorcycle with a couple of friends, we discovered a real gem near Capalbio. Comfortable and very clean accommodation, fabulous terrace with postcard views. Well-kept garden and parking on the property. Graziano and Maria are fantastic hosts who do everything they can to offer the best. Absolutely affordable price for what it offers. A fantastic place to relax. We were looking for peace and quiet and got our money's worth. A beautiful house with sea views and sea access. We got quick help when we needed a screw that we had lost on a device.

If you stay here, you will find yourself in a painting, so beautiful is this cottage located in the mountains! Lucca is really super nice and funny. He tells a lot. The restaurant they run is fine too, and good food! The breakfast is very good. We definitely recommend this cottage!

A true gem in the heart of Montepulciano! If anything, the photos barely capture the charm and beauty of this home—it’s absolutely perfect for a family of five. The backyard is a serene retreat, offering breathtaking views of Tuscany, with Lago di Montepulciano nestled in the distance, adding to the magic. Marta was an exceptional host, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. The location couldn’t be better—right along the main thoroughfare, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and charming shops, with the piazza just a short five-minute walk away. An unforgettable experience in a truly stunning home!

We loved our time at Luca's place. We visited Tuscany with our college aged kids. Luca's house was comfortable and welcoming. We went out for a few meals, but also enjoyed preparing foods in the wonderful kitchen. We ate dinners together and played board games on the spacious kitchen table. It was homey. We called it "cucina magica" because all of the foods we cooked came out so perfectly. This is a wonderful home in a lovely setting with hiking trails from the backyard. We spent several mornings at the nearby hot springs. What a treat! Luca was communicative and helpful with all of our questions.

Valeria was a very helpful host, always responds to any questions we had. The house is close to Pienza's city centre while being in a cozy neighbourhood so really enjoyed the location. It was really close to the bus stop as well. The rooms in the were also spacious and beds were clean.

Anna was one of the kindest hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She picked us up from the free parking lot so we wouldn’t have to walk uphill with our bags, helped us to the apartment, and provided recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The apartment itself was spotless and had the most beautiful view of the valley below. It is right down the street from the main piazza and was steps away from great restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We spent a long weekend in Alberese to enjoy some Maremma and the sea. Marica and Davide's apartment is exactly as you can see from the photos: beautiful and cozy, with a private garden that was very comfortable. Davide was available and flexible. The apartment is located in the heart of Alberese, easy to reach. Marina di Alberese can be reached by bike or by a convenient shuttle. Recommended!

Fabulous house and priceless view of the Giglio. Fabiola's place is a dream. The host was also always helpful and thoughtful. I highly recommend the place.

Great location with amazing views, the quaint village was a delight and enjoying it from the terrace was wonderful!

This place is pure magic. You are perched on top of a hill with an endless view out over Umbria. You could stare at it all day. The interior is simple but well appointed and has everything you need. But we spent all of our time outside - a beautiful dining table and lounge chairs look out over the view, and amazing pool with the same view, a wood-fired bbq where we cooked all of our meals. It was my wife, out 2-year-old and myself, and we had the most amazing time relaxing on the property. Radicofani, is an ancient town, frozen in time and only a 4 minute drive away - it's got a coupe great resturants, good butcher, cafe and bakery and a very cool fortress. We took a day trip to Pienza (stunning) and another to the amazing "Balena Bianca" hot springs. Google it! This place makes the perfect basecamp for day trips, or the ideal spot to kick back and relax. The host are super responsive and a huge help for tips, ideas or if you need anything. We will be back for sure. Thank you!!

Isabella’s place is beautiful and peaceful. The villa is exactly as in the picture and offer lots of common spaces were to relax and play, it is super clean and very well decorated, feels like home. The garden and the view are to die for. Waking up in the morning and see the sunrise over the sea was pure magic. The direct access to the sea was definitely a plus and we really enjoyed it . We recommend this place with no hesitation and we really hope to come back again. This place is a true gem, you won’t be disappointed and Isabella is a great host. Thank you for having us!

We liked it very much, it was very comfortable to spend the night on our route and it made it easy for us to leave our luggage before the stipulated check-in time so we could take advantage of sightseeing from the morning.

Fantastic vacation!! The location is incredible on the rocky coast with stunning views! In front of the terrace, an incredible sea with views of the Argentario, the Giglio, and the Rocca Aldobrandesca. Super stocked house (plates, glasses and pots in abundance) for wonderful lunches on the terrace. Very large fridge. Luigi was a very helpful and kind host. Fantastic access to the sea and directly from the house, but with 150 steps overhanging, so not suitable for the disabled, the elderly and small children. But the equipped beach resort is still a 10-minute walk away.

We just checked out of this wonderful villa today, and it has truly been one of the most special places we’ve ever stayed. We arrived with my husband’s parents, my husband, and our toddler, and from the moment we got there, everything exceeded our expectations. Alex greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the villa and the property, and provided detailed printed information about nearby restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and wine tours. The property also produces its own wine, which was available for purchase and could be conveniently delivered to our villa during our stay. Alex shared his contact number and made himself available in case we needed anything—which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of the property was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the vineyard and offering breathtaking views. It was the perfect setting to disconnect and truly live in the moment. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Thank you Alex!

I cannot say enough about our trip to Martino’s villa. What a lovely villa in the cute town of San Casciano dei Bagni. We had a great family vacation, enjoying some of the smaller towns and a visit to Montepulciano . We enjoyed Eleanor’s cooking for us two nights- what an amazing chef! Martino was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. I hope we can return one day!

What a lovely property and host! Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had before leaving us to enjoy the wonderful property. He even sent us restaurant recommendations which turned out to be amazing. The property itself is picturesque and almost felt unreal. My family was in awe and couldn’t stop mentioning how it was the nicest part of our trip (which we stayed in multiple places throughout). It was impeccably clean without a single speck of dust present. The furnishings were all perfectly picked and each added charm to the home. The rooms were cozy and all had wonderful views. We almost didn’t even notice the weather was gloomy the few days we were there because of how much we enjoyed the home itself. I can only imagine when it’s sunny and warm! Thank you for everything Andrea. We definitely plan to come back!
