Our house with a separate entrance and double balconies on the 1st floor is located on the Kargı Bay road. It is within a 6-7-minute walking distance to Saklı Bay and Mandalya Bay, and a 1-2-minute drive to Kargı Bay. In addition to being able to reach the center of Datça in 2 minutes by car, it is also possible to get there by local public transportation that passes in front of our house every hour. A pleasant walking path for those who like to walk=) Being close to the center of Datça and having the opportunity to stay in nature are the elements that make our house special.

Located on the sandy beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, our house is located on the beachfront, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished inside, has its own detached entrance, and is on the second floor of a two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

O Voskos, a 150 yrs old Symiaka house in chorio

The house is situated in the upper chorio, the oldest part of Symi in a very quiet area, ideal for social distancing. O Voskos consists of two floors, a charming backyard & a small terrace with a panoramic view of the three bays (Nimborio, Yalo, Pedi), the Turkish coast and the medieval Castle ruin. Built in stone and recently renovated, it has an authentic moussandra, wooden flooring and antique furniture. Far enough from the touristic infrastructures and its noise, you will sleep peacefully.

At 150 meters there are 2 more Super Markets, 2 bakeries and a butcher shop. Also, in 3 minutes on foot you are in the square of the Village with the traditional cafes and restaurants.

Our houses are in the center of Datça, 5 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by car from the sea. Datça port is 15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by car. Our houses are 2+1. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. There are also 2 sofa beds. Our houses are centrally located. Our large garden is a communal area. You can have a barbecue. SeaMe House, one of the most photographed houses in Symi, is located right on the waterside of “Gialos” in Kato Harani Area. Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. Small fishing boats tied on the stone paved deck right in front of it, finish up this spectacular “painting” picture.
