Located on the sandy beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, our house is located on the beachfront, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished inside, has its own detached entrance, and is on the second floor of a two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom.
