Our house with a separate entrance and double balconies on the 1st floor is located on the Kargı Bay road. It is within a 6-7-minute walking distance to Saklı Bay and Mandalya Bay, and a 1-2-minute drive to Kargı Bay. In addition to being able to reach the center of Datça in 2 minutes by car, it is also possible to get there by local public transportation that passes in front of our house every hour. A pleasant walking path for those who like to walk=) Being close to the center of Datça and having the opportunity to stay in nature are the elements that make our house special.

This special place is close to everything and makes it easy to plan your trip. It is a peaceful living space with a central location, within walking distance to the sea and shopping places, with an independent entrance, 3-sided garden and surrounded by lush greenery. It is very bright, especially as a spacious location, which is a must for a house. There is everything that should be in a house. It is a hidden peaceful house on the main road with a glass balcony veranda and a balcony opening to the lawn, but its garden is surrounded by bougainvillea.
