Erdem’s place was great. Close to the beach and just outside the center of town made for a great relaxing vacation. Erdem is very nice and was very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful with anything that arose. Would definitely come back!

A very charming house with breathtaking views over two bays of Symi island. It's located in the upppermost part of Chorio village and thus, more quiet and local than the more touristic areas closer to the harbour. We loved our daily walk through the village to pick up bread at the bakery or have a drink at a café. You should be used to walking in hilly areas, though, as the path is quite steep at some points.

At the end of August, we had a 2-night stay with my sister and our friends. We came across a sweet house with the amenities in the descriptions. The hosts were also very hospitable. There are most things that will be needed inside the house. It was a quiet house about 10 minutes walking distance from the center of Old Datça. There is a small pool in common use of 3 houses, enough for us. We'd love to come back:) Thanks

Ms. Ezgi and her family were very friendly and welcomed us. The interior of the house was tidy and spotless . It's possible to be able to cool down any way you want with air conditioning or fans. Everything we might need was thought out in advance, the kitchen utensils were complete. There was a very nice terrace where you could watch the sunrise and have a backyard where you could chat with pleasure. We came without a car and took us from the bus station to the bus station, we felt like we were in our own home, thank you very much Ms. Ezgi and her family for their interest and friendliness 🙏🏻

The house and garden were huge. It was incredibly enjoyable to sit in the garden The pool was empty as if we had been assigned to us and enjoyed being able to use it as we wanted. There was so much more than we needed in the house. Everything was thought out. It was no different than a living house. Host was friendly and understanding. He was so warm to us. It was definitely a place we would go and stay again. I recommend it.

Villa Annika is a great little apartment and ideally placed for what most people want to do in Symi. It does not have much outside space but it enables visitors to enjoy a true Aegean gem's peaceful atmosphere and beeches. Gianni responds quickly to requests and questions and keeps the accommodation in good condition

Tuncay Bey's house, where we were guests as a family, was very good in terms of location and had a sea view, the balconies were very pleasant. Mr. Cuncay met us and met our questions. There was nothing missing in the house, especially in the summer, it was a great addition for us to drink ice-cold water from the water dispenser, so thank you. The beds were clean and tidy. The beds were centrally located and within 10 minutes of walking distance. I would like to reach the bays where we will go to the bays comfortably by car. It was a separate elegance that Mr. Civay rides to us when he left. Thank you for everything, I would definitely recommend you to have a beautiful holiday in Datca.

We had a very nice holiday. Since the house is in a boutique hotel, we felt safe and comfortable. The pool was small but sufficient, it was great to get to the immaculate sea within a short walk. Mr. Emre and his family responded to all our questions as quickly as possible and always welcomed them with a smile, thank you very much for everything, we would recommend everyone.

The house and the view were very nice. Sogut is a small place, great for those who want a peaceful holiday. Mr. Uygar was very helpful with everything. You can choose with peace of mind.

Our stay at the Medieval Villa was fantastic! Lots of space for everyone and incredibly beautiful house. We enjoyed a dinner in the Medieval dining room as well as a Jacuzzi on the rooftop, best of both worlds! The kitchen was very well appointed with a coffee machine, and the host left us some beers and soft drinks. Staying in the old town was a magical experience to walk around the uncrowded medieval streets early in the morning and after dinner at night. The host was very responsive and provided an airport pick up. Would strongly recommend, we only wished we had stayed longer!

On behalf of all of us, our stay at Villa Greenheart for the wedding was beyond amazing! I had many concerns as we were a party of 10, but Greenheart is fully equipped, and the property is huge, giving everyone plenty of room to unwind and soak in the beautiful surroundings. After the wedding ceremony, a few more friends and family joined us at the property. It started with a sunset cocktail by the pool, where we enjoyed the DJ’s eclectic music while the sky put on a breathtaking show. Then, we moved into the beautiful garden for a magical dinner! The night ended with an epic party, filled with dancing and celebrating under the stars—just perfect! Nicolas, our host, was fantastic and made sure everything was just right. He also shared some amazing local spots in Rhodes that unfortunately we didn’t have time to explore, but we’ll definitely be back to discover them. If you’re looking for the perfect venue for a special occasion, Villa Greenheart is it!

The villa is an absolute dream! We felt incredibly comfortable every second of our (unfortunately much too short) stay. The absolute highlight is the pool, which looks like the pictures! Marietta and Yiannis were incredibly accommodating. Yiannis showed us around and was always available for questions. He even told us when the wind conditions are such that we can take a boat trip. Supermarket, (stone) beach and restaurants are within walking distance. By taxi, you can reach Rhodes City in 10 minutes (€15 for 1-4 people). A taxi to the airport costs €20 for 1-4 people. If you stay longer and want to explore the island, you can think about a rental car. Overall, we can highly recommend the accommodation. Anyone who books here is not making a mistake!

No words can begin to explain how stunning this villa is!! We had the most amazing time celebrating my best friends hen do - the location is beautiful! The staff who checked us in were so friendly and even very kindly drove us to the shops to get some food supplies when we arrived as it was late and too far to walk in the dark. Valia always replied to my messages quickly and gave us lots of recommendations. Its a good driving distance away from everywhere you would want to go and explore and the taxi prices are so good the company they recommend to us were amazing they arrived on time every day and were so friendly! I would 100% love to stay here again and would recommend it to everyone! It is honestly the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed!

We had a relaxing week at Vasiliki's villa during the last week in April. It was clean, tidy and as per the photos. Water, juice and some food provisions in the fridge to get us started were a nice touch and very appreciated. The outdoor areas and pool were perfect, with a direct view to the sea just beyond. The area was quiet and peaceful but shops and tavernas are within easy walking distance, with plentiful restaurants within a short car drive. Unfortunately, the weather was not kind and we had 3 days of wind and rain with temperatures lower than normal, so were were not able to make use of the pool, beach or water activities (boats and jet ski hire is very local). However the villa was cosy and comfortable and we did venture out to explore other areas by car. We would not hesitate to recommend Vasiliki's villa and we would love to visit again in summer.

Thank you for a most wonderful stay at habitat inn. This villa is on a very high standard in every area, it feels like a 5star hotel with your own space and privacy. It is modern, immaculate and has beautiful decor- it's definitely even nicer in real than on the photos! The outside grounds are stunning and well maintained with beautiful sea views. It is peaceful and quiet and the perfect place for a quality holiday. The hosts are wonderful and friendly people that take great pride in maintaining their property and providing the best experience for their guests and were also very helpful with guiding us to the best places to visit in Rhodes.

We loved this stay. It was in a quiet location. There were several good restaurants a short distance away. Everything matched the pictures. The pool is very clean and wonderful to cool off. The owners are very nice and can give plenty of tips. There was also a delicious lunch made and snacks. The cat Leo came by every day. Because the house is made of stone, it stayed wonderfully cool in the house despite 25-30 degrees outside. You do need a car to get around easily. We can recommend this stay to anyone! Who knows, we might come back.

We stayed at Gemini Villa for a week and absolutely loved it! The villa looks very modern and stylish—just like in the photos, if not better. Everything was super clean and well-kept, and the layout made it easy for all of us to relax and feel right at home. Check-in was really easy and smooth. The pool was a definite highlight—we spent so much time there just enjoying the sun and peaceful atmosphere. The location was also perfect—just a short walk to Theologos Beach, which is quiet and beautiful. The hosts were amazing—so kind, helpful, and responsive. It made the whole experience even better knowing we were in such good hands. All of us truly loved our stay and felt sad to leave. Thank you so much for everything! We really hope to come back again one day. 💕

Such a wonderful villa, would definitely stay again. Great comms both before and during our stay. Offering to arrange airport pick up and drop offs also meant we didn’t have to stress about managing these in the quieter season. Thanks for having us!

Dilek is a very good host,very responsible, polite,always ready to answer any question and give useful instructions. The house is very cosy and comfortable, there is all necessary utilities including detergents,hygienic and basic cooking stuff. You will find all you need for a short or even a long stay. The views over the valley and sunsets are just great. Some points to take in mind: -the road towards the house is a bit complicated, rather narrow and hilly, if you are not a very good driver you should be really careful, especially on a car with small tires. (but nevertheless the views from the terrace definitely worth all the efforts!) -the house is divided into two parts with separate entrances bedrooms are located in different parts and on different floors, it is not very convenient for families with small children. -bedrooms are really very cosy and romantic, however the matrasses are not really good and comfy. But nevertheless the house is absolutely very good and recommended!

Very good host, Aleka was extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions. House was immaculate and lots of toys for the kids. She very kindly left us a basket of essentials for when we arrived.

The property exceeded our expectations! From the first moment, the clear and detailed check-in instructions made our check-in trouble-free, while our host Yannis was available 24/7 for anything we needed, offering prompt and courteous service. As for the home itself, it was even more impressive in person. The natural beauty of the surroundings, combined with the carved African furniture, created a unique atmosphere that enchanted us. The place was the ultimate source of peace and tranquility, ideal for us to relax and enjoy our vacation with my company. We would definitely recommend and will be back again!

Acc. Located in small village with few small shops and few different restaurants that are fine. Airport is 15 min by car. Rental car is necessary. Acc. is just outside village, about 10 min walk. No direct neighbors, lots of privacy. Various terraces in the beautiful garden. BBQ place and even pizza oven. In the kitchen, everything is amply provided to cook for yourself, etc. All rooms have air conditioning. The pool is cleaned every other day. So enjoy.
